Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama di Indonesia. Keberhasilan pengobatan sangat bergantung pada kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi Obat Antituberkulosis (OAT) .

Tujuan . Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi kerentanan, keparahan, manfaat, hambatan (stigma), isyarat untuk bertindak (peran tenaga kesehatan), dan efikasi diri dengan kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien TB di Kota Samarinda.

Metode . Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 121 pasien TB dari empat Puskesmas di Samarinda. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik multistage sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.

This study aimed to identify factors associated with stunting among children (6 – 59 months) in these villages. A matched case-control study consisting of 214 children (107 cases and 107 controls) was conducted, with individual matching based on age, sex, and prematurity at birth. This study examined whether thermoregulatory measures differ across MC phases, and if these changes impact running performance in the heat. Ten eumenorrheic adults completed two treadmill runs in simulated conditions (wet bulb globe temperature 31.7 ± 1.4°C) during early follicular (EF) and midluteal (ML) phases. Oocytes from women of advanced reproductive age exhibit diminished developmental potential, but the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely defined. Oocyte maturation depends on translational control of maternal mRNA synthesized during growth. We performed a computational analysis on human oocytes from women < 30 versus ≥40 years and observed that mRNA GC content correlates negatively with half-life in oocytes from young (< 30 yr) but positively with oocytes from aged (>40 yr) women. In young oocytes, longer mRNA half-life is associated with lower protein abundance, whereas in aged oocytes GC content correlates positively with protein abundance. During the GV-to-MII transition, codon composition stratifies stability: codons that support rapid translation (optimal) stabilize mRNA, while slow-translating codons (non-optimal) promote decay. Pada tahun 2021, Indonesia menempati peringkat pertama dengan kasus COVID-19 terbanyak di ASEAN. Angka kematian COVID-19 di Indonesia sebesar 3,4% dan peringkat ke-5 ditempati oleh Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan komorbiditas berkontribusi terhadap kematian pasien COVID-19 disertai usia dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran usia, jenis kelamin, dan komorbiditas terhadap kondisi akhir pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Siti Fatimah. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis komprehensif terhadap literatur, penelitian, dan sumber daya yang terkait dengan ruang Snoezelen, dengan tujuan menyajikan gambaran mengenai manfaat, praktik terbaik, dan potensi aplikasi dari lingkungan multi-sensorik ini. Tinjauan ini mensintesis dan menganalisis secara kritis informasi yang tersedia untuk berkontribusi pada pemahaman dan implementasi ruang Snoezelen bagi individu dengan kebutuhan beragam. Berat badan kurang atau underweight merupakan masalah gizi kurang yang diukur dengan perbandingan berat badan dan umur. Berat badan kurang pada balita akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik, kemampuan kognitif, meningkatkan risiko kematian dan penularan infeksi penyakit, salah satu penyakit infeksi yang umum terjadi pada balita adalah campak.
