Head Nurse Leadership Model Can Improve The Performance of Nurses in Providing Nursing Care. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between the head nurse leadership model and the nurses’ performance. This study applied a cross-sectional method and involved 141 nurses at a Hospital. This study used the instruments was developed in the other studies. The results showed that the leadership model related to the performance was a servant, visionary, and transactional. Nursing satisfaction to quality of nursing of computer-based nursing. Nursing service demands make some hospitals apply documentation of nursing care using computerization. Patients is often unsatisfactory service so that the patient's time is wasted because the nurse is too long looking for patient history history data. A literature review was conducted by analyzing scholar papers including systematic review, clinical and a randomized control trial published between 2000 to 2016 in the English language. Indonesia is the fifth largest producer of cigarettes and has the third highest number of smokers in the world. This has potential biological, psychological, and social consequences. The aims of this study were to investigate the effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on smoking behavior and anxiety. Quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. A total of 80 respondents were selected at random from 10 districts in proportion to the number of smokers in each district. Respondents completed questionnaires and received a course of CBT conducted over five meetings. There was a significant decrease smoking behavior and anxiety (p< 0.05) in the intervention group. Smoking behavior, nicotine dependence, and anxiety in male heads of family who smoke and who received CBT were significantly lower than in control group. The decreases in smoking behavior and anxiety were significantly correlated (p< 0.05). The study reveals, CBT can effectively change smoking habits as well as reduce anxiety.

The Effectiveness of the Integrated Insulin Monitoring Sheets to Decrease Hypoglycemia Incidence on the Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Patients. Hypoglycemia is one of the side effects of insulin therapy administration for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. The study aimed to develop the integrated insulin monitoring sheets and examine its effectiveness in identifying and recording the incidence of hypoglycemia who received analog insulin therapies. The Grieving Process of The HIV-Positive Women. HIV as a chronic disease can change the quality of life of sufferers.
