Through Minister of Health Regulation (PMK) No. 8 of 2022, the government ensures that patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) receive equal access to RRT. One of the efforts to equalize dialysis services is implementing Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) services. The Emergency Department (ED) is crucial for ensuring patient care and safety in hospitals. A key performance indicator is Length of Stay (LOS), where prolonged LOS can lead to overcrowding, increase the risk of adverse events, and lower patient satisfaction. This study examines the service flow, barriers, and root causes of LOS in Hospital X's ED and provides improvement recommendations. The background to this research is that there are still National Health Insurance (JKN) claim files being returned to the Dharmais Cancer Hospital (RSKD) with the most common causes being cases of coding confirmation and medical resumes. RSKD started using electronic medical records (eMR) in 2020. In 2018 research with a sample of 45 medical records, it was found that 2.2% of patients were incomplete in filling out the patient identity column, 91.1% of indications for admission, 44.4% of physical examinations and supporting examinations. 8.9%. The national TB control program target is TB elimination at 2035 and TB eradication at 2050. Hospitals must establish a DOTS Team who have responsibility to implementing the TB control program and must be record and report any disease cases. TB case reporting uses the Integrated Tuberculosis Information System (SITT) since 2020. Integrated Tuberculosis Information System has become the Tuberculosis Information System (SITB). Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital is one of the 3 hospitals that have not completed the report. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a qualitative approach. The aim of this study is to analyze the leadership style of nurse managers and the job satisfaction of hospital nursing staff. This research uses a Literature Review design with the help of the PRISMA diagram. Search for scientific research articles using Proquest and Google Scholar. Search with the keywords “Leadership Style” AND “Hospital Nurse Manager” AND “Job Satisfaction”. The Primary Health Facility (FKTP) in the era of National Health Insurance (JKN) must behave effective and efficiently in serving patients. Referring patients as indicated is an effort to achieve this. The research shows that optimizing primary services has the potential to save on health costs from the Social Security Agency of Health (BPJS) source of 49.1 billion per year. BPJS data also shows the high number of referrals for non- specialist cases, namely 714 thousand cases during 2014-2017. The need for health services at the hospital level includes examining and issuing a COVID-19 examination certificate. Responding to this, the Matraman Hospital incidentally created a new service, the COVID-19 Medical Check-Up (MCU). The management of RSUD Matraman realizes the importance of a promotional strategy to increase public interest in using the new service.
