The length of waiting time in the hospital outpatient service is important for efficient hospital service. Long waiting time leads to accumulating queue and inefficient service. This study was aimed to analyze the application of lean method on outpatient BPJS services at Hermina Depok Hospital in 2017. This qualitative research method investigated the time spent by BPJS outpatient patient by applying lean method and observing the outpatient service flow condition. Supervision is a form supervisory that aim to improve the staf performance through a systematic process in the provision of motivation, communication and guidance. This study used an observational design with cross sectional approach using stratified random sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the function of head room supervision with the compliance of nurses in performing SOP patient identification. The result of this research using Chi Square test to prove there is a significant correlation between motivation, communication and guidance to compliance of nurses in implementating SOP of patient identification (p value < α). The conclusion of this study is that the functions of the supervision of head room had a substantial role to improve the nurse complaince in conducting the patient identification based on the SOP.

Poor planning and controlling of drug in RSUD Cicalengka has resulted excess inventory and potential Hospital losses. This operational research was using ABC Critical Index Analysis Method, Safety Stock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP). The study aims to determine the relationship between demographic factors, personal factors and organizational factors toward burnout of nurses in the inpatient unit RSJ West Kalimantan Province. It is a quantitative study with cross-sectional approach using MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) instrument. Samples are the total population amounted to 122 nurses. The results showed that 82.8% are nurses with low category of burnout while 17.2% in middle category of burnout. The most dominant variables related to burnout is the workload of nurses.
