Peripheral ameloblastoma (PA), an uncommon and unique form of odontogenic tumor, accounts for around 2-10% of all ameloblastomas. Objective: The study aims to evaluate the characteristics of these teeth; and to assess factors regarding treatment. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using transilluminated and reflected light photographs, and the lesion was classified according to its color, size, type, heterogeneity and surface integrity. Methods: The samples were randomly divided into seven groups according to the treatment used: 25% GSE, 1.23% APF (Gelato APF gel), and CPP-ACP (GC Tooth Mousse). For several years Mission of Mercy (MOM) events were curtailed as the risks from COVID-19 outweighed the benefits of the free dental care provided by MOM. While COVID is still with us, the risks of delivering dental care in a large group setting were judged to be manageable by the Virginia Dental Association Foundation’s Board of Directors, and MOM project plans moved forward. As such, “MOM IS BACK!” became the rallying motto, and the number of MOM events increased to nine projects in 2022. The state's dental workforce is under pressure, with rising demand for dental assistants and hygienists and ongoing hiring challenges exacerbated by the pandemic. Despite having more dentists than the national average, rural areas still face shortages. The Virginia Dental Association (VDA) encourages members to support local dental programs, share their workforce challenges, and participate in advocacy efforts. The VDA is actively involved in finding both short-term and long-term solutions to meet the state's dental care needs.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the average quantity of radiographs obtained during non-surgical endodontic treatment and trends in endodontic radiography among U.S. members of the AAE. Materials & Methods: A survey was sent via e-mail to 4,269 active U.S. members of the AAE. Data were collected over a period of approximately 4 months. The number of radiographs reported for non-surgical endodontic treatment was compared across fourteen variables using Kruskal Wallace tests. This study describes the synthesis and biological evaluation of small molecule KDM4B inhibitors for use in modulating immune responses in periodontal disease (PD). Periodontal disease begins with the accumulation of bacterial plaque in the oral cavity, triggering an inflammatory response that damages host tissues. Despite standard treatments such as scaling and root planing (SRP) to remove biofilm, the host immune response can remain hyperactive, leading to ongoing tissue destruction and bacterial-driven inflammatory bone loss.

BACKGROUND: While oral health often takes a backseat to other health domains, it silently affects nearly half of the Worldwide population. The DELIVER project, funded by the EU's Horizon Europe program, seeks to develop a blueprint model for improving the quality of oral health care for everyone.

METHODS: Applying the Nominal Group Technique (NGT), 17 stakeholders from various backgrounds participated in identifying pressing issues for oral care quality improvement across practice, community, and policy levels.
