Di Malaysia, rawatan Islam, iaitu dengan menggunakan ayat-ayat al-Quran, hadis, contoh sunnah Rasulullah, doa-doa yang diamalkan oleh para anbiya' adalah merupakan satu alternatif yang masih lagi baru. Amalan ini sebenarnya satu kaedah yang jelas, teratur dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh segenap lapisan masyarakat. Sistem rawatan pesakit mengikut al-quran dan sunnah (SRPAS ) merupakan satu sistem yang bertujuan untuk membantu serta menambahkan minat masyarakat kini tentang kepentingan rawatan Islam. Sistem ini juga sedikit sebanyak mampu mengatasi kekangan-kekangan dan masalah-masalah yang wujud dalam mengamalkan kaedah rawatan Islam. Ca2+ Signaling Modulates Cytolytic T Lymphocyte Effector Functions, Mark T. Esser, Doris M. Haverstick, Claudette L. Fuller, Charles A. Gullo Phd, Vivian Lam Braciale

Cytolytic T cells use two mechanisms to kill virally infected cells, tumor cells, or other potentially autoreactive T cells in short-term in vitro assays. The perforin/granule exocytosis mechanism uses preformed cytolytic granules that are delivered to the target cell to induce apoptosis and eventual lysis. FasL/Fas (CD95 ligand/CD95)–mediated cytolysis requires de novo protein synthesis of FasL by the CTL and the presence of the death receptor Fas on the target cell to induce apoptosis. Using a CD8+ CTL clone that kills via both the perforin/granule exocytosis and FasL/Fas mechanisms, and a clone that kills via the FasL/Fas mechanism only, …

In this article, major aspects of back care provided to patients by family physicians and chiropractors are reviewed, and the recent guidelines on spinal manipulation therapy are discussed. These guidelines should be useful for family physicians wishing to refer patients to chiropractors.
