Immunohistochemical Localization Of Some Peptides In The Gastrointestinal Tract Mucosa Of Pike-Perch (Stizostedion Lucioperca L., 1758), Kenan Çinar, Abdullah Di̇ler, Fuat Bi̇lgi̇n

In this study, our aim was to determine the distribution of specific immunoreactivities in some regions of the digestive tract of the pike-perch (Stizostedion lucioperca) against the antisera Gastrin, Serotonin (5 HT), and Cholecystokinin (CCK). The samples were taken from the stomach, intestine and pyloric caeca and the Avidin-Biotin-Immunoperoxidase method was applied. At the end of this application the immunoreactivities against all antisera were observed as intensively in the cells of the gland and less in the cells of Lamina epithelialis.
