Cotton being a cash crop plays a pivotal role in the economy of Pakistan. Climate change has a pronounced impact on radiation use efficiency and quality of cotton fiber. To find out how nitrogen affected the radiation use efficiency and fiber quality of cotton cultivars in Punjab, a field study using a split-plot design was carried out. Salinity is one of the major issues that drastically reduce wheat production. In a hydroponic investigation, vermitea was employed to evaluate the impact of salinity on wheat. The vermitea is a by-product of the vermicomposting process that has both macro- and micronutrients. When these plants reached full maturity, they were harvested. Plant genetic diversity aids in the creation of new varieties that are more resistant to pests and unfavorable climatic conditions. In order to discover varied parents and assess their cross-performance, the current study was carried out. The findings showed a substantial positive connection (0.81) between green bolls, plant height (0.57), and open bolls, as well as a significant positive correlation (0.52) between open bolls. A field study conducted during the 2021-22 season aimed to assess the impact of varying nitrogen levels (0, 50, 100, and 150 kg N ha-1) on the wheat genotypes Faisalabad-2008 and AZRC-Dera. Detailed data on growth and yield parameters were collected and subjected to analysis. AZRC-Dera exhibited superior performance, consistently producing more plants throughout the crop growth. Incremental nitrogen application significantly increased plant number 224.2, 304.2 and 305.9 m-2 on 15th of December, 20th of January and 5th of April. The three industrial areas; (Bhalwal, Sillanwali, and Sahiwal) of this city were explored for research reasons. Adaptation of soybean to changing environment could be improved by exploitation and introgression of diverse germplasm in breeding program. The aim of the present study was to analyze biological activities of clove oil as well as characterization of its active component Eugenol to make it worthwhile for different food and pharmaceutical formulations. Treated wastewater produces sewage sludge as a by-product that may have beneficial implications on agricultural practices. The effects of sludge amendments on growth, morphological and biochemical characteristics of the agro-industrial Tomato cultivar Rio Grande were observed. A pot culture experiment was carried out during 4 months (16 February 2019 to 18 June 2019), at an experimental green house in the locality of Salah Soufi, Guelma, north-eastern Algeria.
