In 2023 in Bogor City, the ANC K6 coverage rate has reached the target (98.63%), but this is not the case with the coverage in Bogor Regency (62.25%). The James B. Davidson Middle School health hub educates students on topics related to nutrition and physical activity with the goal of providing access and increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables while lowering students’ intake of high-fat and sugary processed foods. Background: The Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) is a widely used model for developing elementary nutrition education programs; however, few instruments are available to assess the impact of such programs on the main constructs of the SCT. The purpose of this study was to determine knowledge of and accordance with practices recommended by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Guideline for Disorders of Lipid Metabolism. Knowledge and food frequency questionnaires were completed by dyslipidemic patients from an outpatient cardiology clinic (n = 51). Participants were primarily white (74.5%), obese (64.7%), female (64.7%) adults 62.0 ± 9.3 years of age. Mean Disorders of Lipid Metabolism guideline knowledge score was 53.l ± 13.4% correct. Mean accordance was 35.4 ± 13.0% correct. There were no significant associations between knowledge and accordance (r_s = 0.175, P = .219). In …
