The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of weight training using circuit methods on aerobic fitness, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and hand grip strength. This study is a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study with a sample of the elderly gymnastics group Sehat Bugar Ceria in Karanganyar Regency, Indonesia. Twenty-seven study subjects aged 60-75 participated in the exercise for 12 meetings. All research subjects can take all pretests and posttests in the form of a six-minute walk test, a hand grip strength test using a handgrip dynamometer, and body composition testing using bioelectrical impedance analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik yang paling dominan digunakan pada pertandingan futsal putra profesional. Penelitian ini termasuk pada jenis kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah empat tim liga futsal putra profesional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji frekuensi dan presentase dari teknik yang paling sering digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gerakan free throw sesuai dengan kaidah Dave Hopla. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Total sampel berjumlah 5 atlet PPLP Basket Kota Semarang yang telah mengisi inform consent dan menyetujui prosedur penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata rata waktu pada tahap persiapan sebesar 0,53 ± 0,13 detik dengan sudut ayunan sebesar 120°. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat prototipe instrumen tes dribbling futsal menggunakan teknologi mikrokontroler arduino yang terhubung dengan aplikasi android. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek penelitian adalah Pemain Futsal SMA N 1, 2 dan 9 Sijunjung, Kecamatan Sijunjung, Kabupaten Sijunjung, Sumatera Barat. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) dan Fartlek Training terhadap tingkat VO2 Max Atlet Soedirman Expedition VII. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 20 orang dan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 20 Orang. Instrumen Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Jump shot in modern basketball is an effective scoring way to overcome pressure of the defender. Fundamental jump shot technique relies on experience and biomechanical analyses. The purpose of this analysis was to evaluate kinematic profile of basketball players based on their experience level during mid-range jump shot. Four experienced basketball players and four less-experienced basketball players participated in the experiment. Jump shot phase was classified into 3 categories: preparatory, action, and follow-through. Angular displacement and angular velocity were measured using three-dimension (3D) motion capture technology.
