This study aims to determine the results of developing a sports biomechanics module based on literacy skills to improve conceptual understanding and determine how student responses affect student concept understanding. This module was developed using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Before testing, the module must be validated. The results of the material expert validation obtained a score of 4, which was in the excellent category. The media expert validation obtained a score of 4, which was in the excellent category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gerakan free throw sesuai dengan kaidah Dave Hopla. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Total sampel berjumlah 5 atlet PPLP Basket Kota Semarang yang telah mengisi inform consent dan menyetujui prosedur penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata rata waktu pada tahap persiapan sebesar 0,53 ± 0,13 detik dengan sudut ayunan sebesar 120°. Gerakan awalan sudut lengan 90° dan rata rata waktu 0,25 ± 0,04 detik dengan sudut fleksi lutut sebesar 99,04 ± 0,04 derajat. Jump shot in modern basketball is an effective scoring way to overcome pressure of the defender. Fundamental jump shot technique relies on experience and biomechanical analyses. The purpose of this analysis was to evaluate kinematic profile of basketball players based on their experience level during mid-range jump shot. Four experienced basketball players and four less-experienced basketball players participated in the experiment. Jump shot phase was classified into 3 categories: preparatory, action, and follow-through. Angular displacement and angular velocity were measured using three-dimension (3D) motion capture technology. Pitching was the fastest motion in baseball. Upper extremity has important roles especially in shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers. The purpose of this study was to integrate the information in a resume of biomechanical pitching and baseball pitcher's injuries. The data base used refers to PubMed, SAGE, and Elsevier and several relevance journals related to baseball and injuries. Source refers to the data since December 2017 to the oldest 2000 to get data source in baseball pitcher injuries.
