The aim of the experiment was to obtain the concentration of inhibitors such as coumarin and paclobutrazol on the growth of micro-cuttings and in vitro tuberization of potato micro tuber. It can be used as source of high quality seeds.Experiments was conducted in the Tissue Culture laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, University of Padjadjaran in Jatinangor, Sumedang, from March 2011 to July 2011. Randomized Complete Design (RCD) was used in this experiment.
