Migration of compounds from packaging materials is one of the most important aspects of food safety. The main purpose of this study is determination and quantification of migrated BADGE and its derivatives in canned tuna fishes by a rapid HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method with fluorescence detector. Samples have been collected from Iran’s market by PMS method (Post Marketing Service) from different regions of Iran. Migrated compounds were extracted with methanol then analyzed by a HPLC system.
