Screening And Identification Of Biogenic Amine Degrading Strains, Du Xue, You Yan-Feng May 2020

Screening And Identification Of Biogenic Amine Degrading Strains, Du Xue, You Yan-Feng

Food and Machinery

Strains with biodegradability of biogenic amines were screened from lactic acid bacteria strains from different sources preserved in the laboratory, and their growth ability at different salt concentrations and pH values were determined. The results showed that three strains with the capability of degrading biogenic amines were screened out. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain HM22 was identified as Lactobacillus fermentum, strain HM24 as Lactobacillus plantarum, and strain YF10042 as Enterococcus faecalis. Among them, Lactobacillus plantarum HM24 has the best degradation ability. The degradation rates of tryptamine, phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, spermidine and spermine are …

Study On The Preparation Of Tetracyline Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Biochar Microspheres Based On Pickering Emulsion Polymerization, Ma Zhen-Zhen, He Jin-Xing, Zhao Tao, Zhao Xiao-Lei May 2020

Study On The Preparation Of Tetracyline Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Biochar Microspheres Based On Pickering Emulsion Polymerization, Ma Zhen-Zhen, He Jin-Xing, Zhao Tao, Zhao Xiao-Lei

Food and Machinery

In this study, magnetic molecularly imprinted biochar microspheres for specific adsorption of tetracylines (TCs) were prepared by Pickering emulsion polymerization using tetracyline (TC) as template and Fe3O4 and biochar as co-stabilizers. The adsorption properties of the imprinted microspheres for TC were studied by adsorption kinetics test, adsorption isothermal test, and selectivity adsorption test, exhibiting the excellent specific adsorption for TC with imprinting factor of 3.97. Further more, the imprinted materials were used as adsorbents for extraction and purification of TCs in real samples, and the content of TCs were detected through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under …

Rapid Detection Of Alternaria Monomethyl Ether In Wheat By High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Xu Qun-Ying, Zhai Yu-Heng Mar 2020

Rapid Detection Of Alternaria Monomethyl Ether In Wheat By High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Xu Qun-Ying, Zhai Yu-Heng

Food and Machinery

In this study, a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the efficient detection of alternariolmethyl ether (AME) in wheat was developed. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile/ methanol/ water (volume ratio 45/10/45), shaken at 30 ℃ for 30 minutes, and purified by Bond Elut Plexa solid-phase extraction cartridge. Then the sample was detected with a Variable wavelength detector. In this method, the limit of detection (LOD) of AME was 2.52 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 8.40 μg/kg, and the linear range was 0.25~2.00 μg/mL. The concentration of AME recovery was 80.1%~88.3%, the intra-day precision and inter-day precision …

Establish Ment Of A High-Speed Method With Simultaneous Determination Of Multi-Component Sweeteners And Preservatives In Food, Cheng Shui-Lian, He Jian-Guo, Lu Gui-Ying, Yan Xu-Chao, Fu Bai-Ting Jan 2020

Establish Ment Of A High-Speed Method With Simultaneous Determination Of Multi-Component Sweeteners And Preservatives In Food, Cheng Shui-Lian, He Jian-Guo, Lu Gui-Ying, Yan Xu-Chao, Fu Bai-Ting

Food and Machinery

A qualitative and quantitative analysis method has been established forsimultaneous determination of six kinds of sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, saccharinsodium, acesulfame K, trichlorosucrose, aspartame and neotame) and five kinds of preservatives (natamycin, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium dehydroacetate and sodium diacetate) in food by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The sample did not need to derive and purify, directing ultrasound extraction with methanol and water, separated on a Shim-pack-ODS Ⅲ column (75 L ×2.0 mm, 1.6 μm), used acetic acid ammonium (10 mmol/L)-methanol as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The ionization efficiencies of target compounds in mass spectrometry were analyzed …
