Indonesia was regarded to be the world's second-largest food loss and waste-producing country. Food waste contributes the most significant amount in Indonesia compared to other types of waste. This paper aims to discuss three legal issues. This article identifies and examines the policy formulation of the ultimum remedium principle in criminalizing corporations in Indonesia. The source of criminal law is found in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and laws outside the Criminal Code. The principle of ultimum remedium in corporate punishment is not recognized in the Criminal Code. Limited ultimum remedium-based corporate penalties are found in various laws containing offenses in the fields of taxation, customs, excise and the environment. This Cases of sexual violence are rife, including in universities. Data compiled by Komnas Perempuan shows that during 2015-2021, out of 67 reported cases of sexual violence against women, 35 cases occurred in universities. To overcome this, the government has issued the PPKS Permendikbud, and the TPKS Law. In fact, the existence of these regulations has not had a significant impact. It is proven that in 2022, there were 49 reports of sexual violence in universities received by the Ministry of Education and Culture's PPKS Working Group. This paper presents and critically analyses the application of corporate criminal liability in the decisions of corruption crimes in Indonesia from 1999 to 2019. Of the seven corporate cases that have been prosecuted and convicted in this period. We identify 4 (four) corporate criminal liability models as follows. First, the corporation is accused, prosecuted, and convicted after the management has been convicted through a final and binding decision. Cybersecurity and privacy have now become a matter of increasing concern for citizens, the private sector, and the Indonesian government. The government is currently struggling to combat cyberattacks and data breaches. Indonesia is, in fact, in the early stages of developing a national cybersecurity strategy. This paper argues that legal pluralism within the context of state law contributes to tenure insecurity experienced by indigenous communities behind the palm oil industry in Indonesia. The palm oil industry is an industry that contributes significantly to Indonesia's economy and is a mainstay of national export. However, this industry is also renowned for bringing multidimensional issues such as ecological problems, biodiversity crises, and land conflict with existing inhabitants, particularly indigenous groups. The latter issue is peculiar in Indonesia's palm oil industries as, in many cases, palm oil projects overlapped with indigenous people's forest land or places where they reside. …
