Abstract. Methamphetamine trafficking represents one of the most significant forms of transnational organised crime affecting Indonesia and appears to be facilitated by Indonesia’s strategic position within global maritime trade networks. Existing explanations have emphasised law enforcement capacity and policy responses, while less attention has been given to the opportunity structures that may facilitate trafficking activities. This study examines how Routine Activity Theory may contribute to explaining methamphetamine trafficking in Indonesia and considers its implications for Situational Crime Prevention. Carbon accumulation in the atmosphere is a major environmental impact of today's economy. To make carbon emissions costlier, ASEAN country members have different preferences. Some choose not to price the carbon yet, some choose carbon taxation first (regardless carbon trading follows later or not), and some choose carbon trading first (regardless carbon taxation follows later or not).

Today, increased costs and prolonged dispute resolution processes change this perception. The article introduces the Calderbank offer, a strategic instrument from common law that promotes early settlement. By integrating civil law’s adversarial approach and practice to settle with settlement offer in common law, this concept aligns with peace theory and could enhance efficiency in BANI Arbitration Center. Child protection, particularly in preventing and addressing cases of international child abduction, is an obligation of all states. This phenomenon frequently occurs in Indonesia when a foreign-national parent, following divorce, unilaterally takes their biological child abroad in violation of court-granted custody, guardianship, and/or access rights of the other parent. This article identifies and examines the policy formulation of the ultimum remedium principle in criminalizing corporations in Indonesia. The source of criminal law is found in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and laws outside the Criminal Code. The principle of ultimum remedium in corporate punishment is not recognized in the Criminal Code. Data compiled by Komnas Perempuan shows that during 2015-2021, out of 67 reported cases of sexual violence against women, 35 cases occurred in universities. To overcome this, the government has issued the PPKS Permendikbud, and the TPKS Law. In fact, the existence of these regulations has not had a significant impact. Of the seven corporate cases that have been prosecuted and convicted in this period. We identify 4 (four) corporate criminal liability models as follows. First, the corporation is accused, prosecuted, and convicted after the management has been convicted through a final and binding decision. Sexual violence in Indonesia has caused a public’s worry. The bill on the elimination of sexual violence (RUU PKS) is considered very important to be passed. Purpose of this article is to analyze the suitability of the principles in the RUU PKS with Indonesian act of Formulation of Laws and Regulation Number 12 of 2011 (UU P3). Law Number 37 of 2004 (UUK-PKPU) is a refinement of the old bankruptcy regulation of Faillissementsverordening (Fv) and Law Number 4 of 1998 (UUK). Completion is done in order to meet the needs and solve problems that arise in connection with bankruptcy.
