Welcome to the fourth issue and final of the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology for the 2005-2006 academic year. Volume 12, Issue 4 is the second publication of the Journal’s Annual Survey on Electronic Discovery. The topic of Electronic Discovery is particularly relevant considering the impending applicability of the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Passion is a cogently structured, compel Jingly argued and seductively enthralling masterpiece which, in years to come, will undoubtedly stand out as an inspirational source for many who seek social transformation. Unger's style, in this essay at least, is lucid and inviting. Substantively, Passion demonstrates not only the depth of his penetrating intellect but also his command of an array of' disciplines. Unger's polymathy is all the more impressive when we remember that ours is an era in which idiosyncratic specialization is the norm.

The Character of User In Prescription - As the possession of the claimant in a case of adverse possession must be shown to have been adverse in order to ripen into title, so also must the user in prescription be shown to have been adverse during -the endure prescriptive period.
