During the study, the optimal design for testing the improved fiber cleaning device was initially selected, and a process flow diagram of the fiber cleaning chamber was created for theoretical studies. According to this process flow diagram, based on theoretical studies, the behavior of fibers in the grate of the fiber cleaning device was studied, and the effect of changing the geometric parameters of the grates on the cleaning efficiency was determined.
