Abstract: Aiming at the premature convergence of seeker optimization algorithm(SOA) during optimizing the global problems, a new SOA-SSA hybrid algorithm based on seeker optimization algorithm and salp swarm algorithm (SSA) is proposed.The SOA-SSA algorithm is based on a double population evolution strategy, in which some individuals of the population are evolved by seeker optimization algorithm and the rest are evolved from salp swarm algorithm. The individuals in SOA and SSA both employ an information sharing mechanism to realize the coevolution. These strategies increase the diversity of the population and avoid the premature convergence. Abstract: Aiming at the job shop scheduling in a dynamic environment, a dynamic scheduling algorithm based on an improved Q learning algorithm and dispatching rules is proposed. The state space of the dynamic scheduling algorithm is described with the concept of "the urgency of remaining tasks" and a reward function with the purpose of "the higher the slack, the higher the penalty" is disigned. Abstract: Aiming at the rendering noise in Monte Carlo synthesized images induced by the low light-path sampling rate, a denoising algorithm based on the multi-feature non-local-mean filtering is proposed. The gradient image of the scene's albedo information is calculatedwith the canny operator, and a guided filter together with the said gradient image is employed to prefilter the normal vector image. The structural similarity of the sub-blocks in the prefiltered normal vector image is calculated and the improved weights of the non-local mean filter are computed according to the logarithmic value of the reciprocal of the structural similarity. Abstract: In view of the difficulty of the traditional path planning method without energy consumption constraints to meet the emergency rescue requirements in the complex mountain operation environment, a three-dimensional path planning algorithm for multi-UAVs is proposed based on LSTM-DPPO(long short-term memory-distributed proximal policy optimization) framework. The LSTM long and short-term memory neural network is used to extract the important characteristic state information sequence of the multiple unmanned aerial vehicles in their respective flight process. Abstract: The photochemical reaction of photosynthesis involves a variety of physiological substances that cannot be directly measured. By modeling the control system, the state of these physiological substances can be es-timated based on the chlorophyll fluorescence, but the reliability of the state estimation is not given in all the reference documents. Based on the network flow model, the traversal mode of the adjacency node is used to complete the path search, and the influence of the path personnel density and path obstacles is added to the calculation of the cost, which makes the algorithm more practical. Dietary practices during pregnancy play a pivotal role in the health of women and their children and set the foundation for long-term health. Marshallese women have disproportionally higher rates of maternal and infant health disparities, yet little is known about the dietary practices during their pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to identify dietary practices during pregnancy among Marshallese women. From March 2019 to March 2020, a purposive sample of 33 pregnant Marshallese participants participated in a mixed methods study. Two primary themes emerged: (1) traditional beliefs about a healthy diet during pregnancy; and (2) dietary change during pregnancy. …

Neural networks are more expressive when they have multiple layers. In turn, conventional training methods are only successful if the depth does not lead to numerical issues such as exploding or vanishing gradients, which occur less frequently when the layers are sufficiently wide. However, increasing width to attain greater depth entails the use of heavier computational resources and leads to overparameterized models. These subsequent issues have been partially addressed by model compression methods such as quantization and pruning, some of which relying on normalization-based regularization of the loss function to make the effect of most parameters negligible. Katie MacNamara acquired Legends Hair Salon in Atascadero, California in January of 2021. After a few months of learning to run her own business she discovered that her retail revenue per square foot was not high enough. Her goal, and the project objective, was to raise her revenue while also increasing space for her stylists. The metrics used for these objectives were revenue per square foot and the square footage of the retail areas. Eagle Medical Incorporated is a contract medical device packaging and sterilization company. The company purchases thermoformed medical packaging trays, which maintain the sterility of medical devices, from various manufacturers. To ensure packaging quality and to prevent cleanroom contamination, Eagle Medical inspects and sterilizes each blister tray that they order. This process is an essential non-value-added activity that creates a bottleneck. Cleanroom employees must stop packaging medical devices and attend to the processing of blister trays and packaging solutions. The blister trays arrive at Eagle’s facility in nested stacks. Currently, there are only limited ways to increase mission success of CubeSats in terms of component and mission compatibility. The Payload Analysis Tool (PAT), developed by Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) students, combines the power of multiple tools to analyze payload compatibility on a single CubeSat bus. In the quest to achieve better response times in dense urban environments, law enforcement agencies are seeking AI-driven planning systems to inform their patrol strategies. In this paper, we present a framework, OFFICERS, for deployment planning that learns from historical data to generate deployment schedules on a daily basis. We accurately predict incidents using ST-ResNet, a deep learning technique that captures wide-ranging spatio-temporal dependencies, and solve a large-scale optimization problem to schedule deployment, significantly improving its scalability through a simulated annealing solver.
