Memcapacitor Model Based On Memristor, Zhaohui Gan, Yuxin Wu, Jiang Min, Shiying Zhang
Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: After physical model discovery of memristor in HP lab, the researchers put forward the concept of memcapacitor according to circuit theory. However, the physical object of the memcapacitor has not been found so far. In order to research the memcapacitor, researchers often use other components and circuits to simulate a memcapacitor. After analyzing the existing model of memcapacitor, a new nonlinear transformation method is proposed to transform a memristor into a memcapacitor, by which a nonlinear model of memcapacitor based on the memristor is constructed. The Pspice simulation experiments showed that the model successfully simulated the basic characteristics of …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: According to the new method of hydrodynamic suspension polishing, CFD software is used to simulate the polishing to obtain the distribution of fluid pressure and the velocity of the particles impacting on the work piece surface under different working conditions by the method of orthogonal design. The simulation results show that the rotational speed ω of the disc is the main factor affecting the dynamic pressure and the abrasive particle velocity, while the machining gap H is the secondary factor, and the least influence factor is the polishing liquid concentration φ. The optimal design parameters are: ω=1500 r/min, …

And a contraction transformation was employed to increase the distance of neighboring grains in Euclidean space by estimating the normal of each point through k-neighbor algorithm. Finally, the point cloud of maize ear was segmented by Euclidean clustering. Results showed that …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: As an emerging sample theory, compressive sensing attracts wide attention because it breaks through the Nyquist sampling theorem. , Two different methods of watermark embedding and extraction are presented by measuring the carrier image and watermark image respectively based on compressive sensing. Moreover, the attack tests, such as the Gaussian noise, pepper and salt noise, filtering, compression, and cropping, are implemented to watermarked images. Experiment results show that although the two different methods for image watermarking have different processing procedure, both can guarantee the robustness and security of embedded digital watermark.

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: Potted monocot plants are one of the most indispensable plants for landscaping and environment. This paper establishes 3D geometric model of branches, twigs, branches and leaves of potted monocot plants with adjustable morphology parameters based on iterated function system. The linkage of camera in four directions is studied to facilitate the acquisition of holographic projection images, which enhances the holographic animation effect. Finally, a real projection platform …
