Abstract: Due to the great threat of torpedo against surface warships, an efficient hydroacoustic countermeasure system must output real-time strategies to accommodate varied antagonizing scenarios. Aiming at the decision-making problem in the anti-torpedo hydroacoustic countermeasure cases, an intelligent adversarial strategy is proposed based on the game theory. By discretizing the strategy space of both sides, a matrix game model is established where the payoff is characterised by the capture probability of attacking torpedo. Abstract: A hierarchical real-time optimization (HRTO) based on economic model predictive control is designed to address the issues of randomness and uncertainty of renewable energy and demand-side in integrated energy systems (IES) with electric vehicles. Abstract: Traditional quadrotor controllers, constrained by fixed model equation structures, encounter challenges in addressing control errors stemming from variations in parameters and environmental disturbances. This paper proposes a deep reinforcement learning solution for the quadrotor trajectory following control problem. We present the PPO-SAG algorithm incorporated into the PPO framework, utilizing adaptive mechanisms and PID expert knowledge to enhance training convergence and stability. Abstract: Aiming at the lack of continuous learning and interpretability of current autonomous driving system, a decision model with cognition, generalization and learning ability is proposed. The model utilizes large language model (LLM) and attention mechanisms to understand and explain driving scenes. the system can accumulate and learn from driving experiences, continuously improving its decisionmaking ability. This study uses fixed and variable video game types to measure pretest sensitization as a proxy for repeated and varied threat test scenarios in system performance testing of air and missile defense systems. The pretest sensitization phenomenon exists when repeated exposure to a test condition influences the participant's response. The cosmetic industry has a significant environmental footprint due to its reliance on water, energy, petrochemical-derived ingredients, and plastic-based packaging. This study performs a cradle-to-grave Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impacts of three cosmetic products: CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion, bareMinerals Gen Nude Powder Blush, and Gillette Foamy Regular Shave Cream. The analysis was conducted using OpenLCA software and free databases, modeling each product across raw materials, packaging, manufacturing, transportation, use and end-of-life phases. Complex MOPs are unique in the literature because they have many more objective functions than is typically considered. In fact, such complex MOPs will have 30+ objective functions. The Newsvendor Problem is a key model in supply chain management that focuses on determining the optimal order quantity to minimize costs under uncertain demand. This thesis introduces the Food Truck Problem, an extension of the Newsvendor model that incorporates nonlinear transshipment costs for inventory transportation. In this context, a Food Truck must determine the optimal stock levels for multiple products while minimizing costs related to stock shortages, excess inventory, and transportation. Multi-agent reinforcement learning has emerged as a powerful framework for developing collaborative behaviors in autonomous systems. However, existing MARL methods often struggle with scalability in terms of both the number of agents and decision-making horizons. My research focuses on developing hierarchicalapproaches to scale up MARL systems through two complementary directions: structural scaling by increasing the number of coordinated agents and temporal scaling by extending planning horizons. Fuel consumption in Tanzania, mainly diesel and petrol, accounts for 82 percent of the energy consumption in the country, with significant price volatility affecting market stability, availability of fuel, and investment decisions. This study uses an artificial neural network (ANN) with a backpropagating algorithm to predict fuel prices in four regions of Tanzania. Organizations and industries increasingly rely on distributed services in decentralized environments—ranging from large-scale, system-of-system architectures to fine-grained, agent-based microservices. While this distributed paradigm offers flexibility and innovation, it presents critical challenges such as interoperability gaps, inconsistent data formats, and a lack of holistic oversight. Traditional integration approaches, including ad-hoc middleware or enterprise service buses, tend to solve these issues reactively. However, the high resource demand, error propagation, and lack of adaptive evaluation mechanisms pose significant challenges in deploying these agentic solutions at scale. To address these concerns, this research proposes a Task-Aware Multi-Agent Orchestrator System designed to refine the agentic framework, categorizing tasks autonomously, assigning specialized evaluation datasets, and balancing token usage against functional effectiveness.
