Advancements in modern IADS have bolstered A2AD environments and subsequently degraded the advantages that the Air Force once held, prompting a call to reform the nature of warfare in order to challenge these threats. A solution is weapon swarming technology, which has the ability to overwhelm IADS by engagement of a large numbers of low-cost, but lethal air assets that have autonomous functionalities. The work herein investigates the preliminary designs of an optimal navigation controller for a scalable cylindrical airdrop system controlled with grid fins in planar motion. Precision airdrop capabilities are desired for a range of military and humanitarian missions. Fielded airdrop systems have not met desired performance objectives, particularly regarding accuracy. In this work, we focus on a family of ranking methods for pairwise comparisons which encompasses the well-known Massey, Colley, and Markov methods. Since there is an uncertainty in the arrival times of flights, pre-scheduled allocation of runways and stands and the subsequent first-come-first-served treatment results in a sub-optimal allocation of runways and stands, this is the prime reason for the unusual delays in taxi-in times at IGIA, New Delhi.

We simulated the arrival pattern of aircraft and utilized stochastic optimization to arrive at the best runway-stands allocation for a day. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาเกณฑ์การประเมินราคาเครื่องจักรที่เหมาะสม สำหรับการประเมินราคาเครื่องจักรตามแนวทางการเปรียบเทียบราคาตลาด โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้นในการกำหนดเกณฑ์และน้ำหนักความสำคัญ และใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายในการหาระดับของแต่ละเกณฑ์ การดำเนินงานวิจัยได้เริ่มจาก 1) ทำการสำรวจเกณฑ์การประเมินราคา 2) การสอบถามเชิงลึกถึงเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องจากนักประเมินอาชีพ 3) สร้างผังโครงสร้างการตัดสินใจเชิงลำดับชั้นสำหรับการหาเกณฑ์ในการประเมินราคา 4) วิเคราะห์น้ำหนักความสำคัญจากกระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้น 5) วิเคราะห์ระดับคุณสมบัติของเกณฑ์จากเทคนิคเดลฟาย 6) เปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินราคาเครื่องจักรด้วยวิธีเปรียบเทียบราคาตลาด งานวิจัยนี้ได้เลือกเครื่องกลึงโลหะ เครื่องผสมยาง ห้องเย็น เครื่องฉีดพลาสติก และเครื่องสีข้าว มาเป็นตัวแทนของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมในงานวิจัย โดยสร้างผังโครงสร้างการตัดสินใจเชิงลำดับชั้นการประเมินราคาประกอบด้วยเกณฑ์หลักทั้งหมด 6 เกณฑ์ เกณฑ์รอง 15 เกณฑ์ ผลจากการหาน้ำหนักความสำคัญของเกณฑ์ พบว่าเกณฑ์หลักที่มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญสูงในทุกเครื่องจักร คือ สภาพเครื่องจักร และประสิทธิภาพ ส่วนเกณฑ์รอง คือ สภาพความพร้อมใช้งาน เมื่อนำเกณฑ์หลักและเกณฑ์รองมาพิจารณาร่วมกัน ทำให้ได้เกณฑ์การประเมินราคาเครื่องจักรทั้งหมด 17 เกณฑ์ ที่มีค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญของแต่ละเกณฑ์ในแต่ละเครื่องจักรแตกต่างกัน โดยน้ำหนักความสำคัญของเกณฑ์จะสัมพันธ์วัตถุประสงค์ของเครื่องจักรนั้นๆ อาจปรับเปลี่ยนมีความแตกต่างกันตามหน้าที่ของเครื่องจักร จากนั้นใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายในการหาระดับของแต่ละเกณฑ์ ซึ่งนักประเมินทั้งกลุ่มมีความเห็นชอบต่อการแบ่งระดับของแต่ละเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว เมื่อนำเกณฑ์ที่ได้นี้ไปใช้ในการประเมินมูลค่าของเครื่องกัดแนวตั้งและเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างการสร้างเกณฑ์ในงานวิจัยนี้ พบว่าสามารถลดความแตกต่างของมูลค่าเครื่องกัดแนวตั้งและเครื่องฉีดพลาสติก ของนักประเมินแต่ละคนได้ถึง 83.05% และ 97.56% ตามลำดับ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับการวางแผนจัดโปรโมชันลดราคาหลายช่วงเวลาสำหรับสินค้าในร้านค้าปลีกกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งปัจจุบันวางแผนการจัดโปรโมชัน โดยใช้ผู้มีประสบการณ์ ทำให้การจัดโปรโมชันแต่ละครั้งใช้เวลานาน ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงนำเสนอแบบจำลองโปรแกรมเชิงเส้นจํานวนเต็มไบนารี ในการแก้ปัญหาภายใต้ข้อจำกัดต่างๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มผลกำไรรวมสูงที่สุด งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ตัวแบบการประมาณการยอดขายแบบลอการิทึม ในการประมาณการยอดขายรายเดือนและจำแนกกลุ่มสินค้าตามค่าความยืดหยุ่นของอุปสงค์ต่อราคา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการจัดโปรโมชันโดยพิจารณารวมทุกกลุ่มกำไรพร้อมกัน สามารถให้ผลกำไรรวมได้ดีที่สุด โดยพัฒนาผลกำไรรวมเพิ่มขึ้น 1,194,517.75 บาท หรือคิดเป็น 3.94 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เมื่อเทียบกับการจัดโปรโมชันของร้านค้าปลีกกรณีศึกษาในปัจจุบัน และใช้เวลาประมวลผลได้เหมาะสม นอกจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีจำลองสถานการณ์มอนติคาร์โล เพื่อจำลองสถานการณ์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ของความยืดหยุ่นของอุปสงค์ต่อราคาเพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาผลกระทบของปัจจัยต่างๆ ผลจากการทดลองเชิงคำนวณพบว่าปัจจัยความยืดหยุ่นของอุปสงค์ต่อราคา เป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่ต่อการเลือกประเภทความลึกของการลดราคาที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ทำการพัฒนาและสร้างแม่แบบในโปรแกรมเอ็กเซล เพื่อใช้ในการรับข้อมูลเพื่อส่งต่อไปยังโปรแกรม IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization จากนั้นก็ทำการแปลงข้อมูลผลลัพธ์ของตัวแปรตัดสินใจกลับมาใน Excel ให้อยู่ในรูปแบบตารางที่ง่ายต่อการนำไปใช้งาน

The study assessed factors that influence the acceptance of interoperable electronic Health Records (EHRs) Systems in Tanzania Public Hospitals. The study applied a hybrid model that combined the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE). This study evaluates the relationship between pandemic cases and vaccination usage, ICU bed utilization, hospitalizations, and deaths in the New York City metropolitan area. The study includes variables for the lockdown period and confirmed infections. The evaluation addresses three periods: (1) before vaccinations, (2) after vaccinations, and (3) the lockdown period. This paper proposes enhanced load balancer based artificial bee colony and β-Hill climbing for improving the performance metrics such as response time, processing cost, and utilization to avoid overloaded or under loaded situations of virtual machines. This study aims to define workforce agility via a literature review and a conducted research survey of the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Engineering workforce. The survey results will help us determine the workforce agility of the KSC engineering team and understand what has allowed them to transition from the Space Shuttle Program to the new Exploration Ground System (EGS) program. Structural Equation Modeling was used to develop a model of relationships to test the hypotheses. A simulation platform is developed for quantifying the change in productivity of an economy under passive and active emission control mechanisms. The program uses object-oriented programming to code a collection of objects resembling typical stakeholders in an economy. These objects include firms, markets, transportation hubs, and boids which are distributed over a 2D surface. Firms are connected using a modified Prim’s Minimum spanning tree algorithm, followed by implementation of an all-pair shortest path Floyd Warshall algorithm for navigation purposes. In the realm of marine surveillance, track association constitutes a pivotal yet challenging task, involving the identification and tracking of unlabelled vessel trajectories. The need for accurate data association algorithms stems from the urge to spot unusual vessel movements or threat detection. These algorithms link sequential observations containing location and motion information to specific moving objects, helping to build their real-time trajectories.
