Abstract: Aiming at the problem of insufficient solution speed and poor generalization of traditional algorithms in large-scale scenarios, this paper intelligently solves the large-scale distributed equipment system preference problem based on deep reinforcement learning. According to the characteristics of distributed equipment system combat, using the complex network to its graph form modeling, and based on the attention mechanism to the equipment between the connecting edge relationship for the characterization, in order to build a distributed equipment system digital simulation environment. September Arctic sea ice extent has diminished by roughly 50% in the 45 years since satellite observations began. The Arctic Ocean may experience ice-free summers within the next decade, with implications for habitat, resource extraction, geopolitics, and local and global climate change. To predict how Arctic sea ice will change in the future, we need to understand its behavior in the present. This study explored the potential insights generated from linguistic complexity measurements and large language model (LLM) based assessments on the quality of contract documents. By combining structured True/False prompts with log-probability analysis and ambiguity scoring, the study introduced novel contract-quality assessment methods. Results support a feature-driven approach to contract evaluation, one that offers automated, scalable insights for triaging risk and improving drafting practices. These assessment methods contribute to the growing field of legal natural language processing by offering modular tools for effective contract analysis.

In the on-demand problem domain, actual demand frequently deviates from the expected demand. This paper intricately delves into the exploration of on-demand heterogeneous multi-drone routing problem (ODHDRP), in which a transport drone carries multiple terminal drones to subregions in the first echelon, and the terminal drones deliver parcels during a flight trip to customers with demands in subregions to maintain economies of scale in the second echelon. Abstract: Traditional quadrotor controllers, constrained by fixed model equation structures, encounter challenges in addressing control errors stemming from variations in parameters and environmental disturbances. This paper proposes a deep reinforcement learning solution for the quadrotor trajectory following control problem. The model utilizes large language model (LLM) and attention mechanisms to understand and explain driving scenes. the system can accumulate and learn from driving experiences, continuously improving its decisionmaking ability. This study uses fixed and variable video game types to measure pretest sensitization as a proxy for repeated and varied threat test scenarios in system performance testing of air and missile defense systems. The pretest sensitization phenomenon exists when repeated exposure to a test condition influences the participant's response. Multi-agent reinforcement learning has emerged as a powerful framework for developing collaborative behaviors in autonomous systems. However, existing MARL methods often struggle with scalability in terms of both the number of agents and decision-making horizons. My research focuses on developing hierarchicalapproaches to scale up MARL systems through two complementary directions: structural scaling by increasing the number of coordinated agents and temporal scaling by extending planning horizons. Fuel consumption in Tanzania, mainly diesel and petrol, accounts for 82 percent of the energy consumption in the country, with significant price volatility affecting market stability, availability of fuel, and investment decisions. This study uses an artificial neural network (ANN) with a backpropagating algorithm to predict fuel prices in four regions of Tanzania. Key input parameters include the currency inflation rate (CIR), the petrol fuel inventory (PFI), the diesel fuel inventory (DFI), and the fuel transport costs (FTC).
