Development Of Technical Solutions To Prevent The Formation Of Sludge Regime At The Bottom Of A Well, Rustam Umarkhanovich Juraev, Jonibek Tursunov
Development Of Technical Solutions To Prevent The Formation Of Sludge Regime At The Bottom Of A Well, Rustam Umarkhanovich Juraev, Jonibek Tursunov
Technical science and innovation
The trouble-free process of drilling wells largely depends on the effective cleaning of the borehole. The formation of a slurry regime at the bottom of the well leads to the process of repeated crushing of drilling fines, which in turn leads to a decrease in the mechanical drilling speed, to an increase in the energy consumption of the rock-crushing tool for repeated crushing, and also increases the risk of oil seals. In addition, the formation of a slurry regime at the bottom of the well increases the intensity of abrasive wear of the drilling rig. This article provides a theoretical …
Research Of Factors Affecting The Efficiency Of Rock Breaking Equipment, J A. Tursunov, R U. Jurayev
Research Of Factors Affecting The Efficiency Of Rock Breaking Equipment, J A. Tursunov, R U. Jurayev
Technical science and innovation
Nowadays 35-40 % of all the drilling works, performed on mining and geological exploration enterprises, are made by air bottom hole cleaning, and the rest 60-65 % are made by flushing liquids on water base. Air drilling and bottom hole cleaning due to low heat conductivity of air generates high temperature at a borehole bottom thus negatively affecting the efficiency of rock destruction tool; while drilling with water based flushing fluids causes efficiency reduction of rock destruction tool due to formation of slurry mode at a borehole bottom. This paper presents the results of the study of the factors negatively …
Development Of Available Mud Stabilizers Based On Local Material, S Gaibnazarov
Development Of Available Mud Stabilizers Based On Local Material, S Gaibnazarov
Technical science and innovation
The article discusses some issues of creating new affordable and cheap stabilizer-reagents for drilling fluids based on local and secondary resources. It has been established that in the process of drilling, in order to prevent rock falls, the mud should not decrease, but, if possible, increase the cohesion forces in the rocks. In order to maintain the stability of the wellbore, to prevent outbursts of formation fluids and losses, the mud must have, first of all, the required density. Stabilizing reagents are primarily designed to reduce filtration and viscosity of the drilling fluid. It has been established that in each …
Research Of The Stress-Strain State Of The Rock In Contact With The Elements Of The Drill Bit During Drilling, L.G. Toshniyozov, J.B. Toshov, Liu Songyong
Research Of The Stress-Strain State Of The Rock In Contact With The Elements Of The Drill Bit During Drilling, L.G. Toshniyozov, J.B. Toshov, Liu Songyong
Technical science and innovation
Research of the interaction of rock-cutting tools with rock with various approaches is presented in the article. In contrast to analytical and experimental methods with their limited and costly applicability, it is proposed to use numerical modeling to better represent the mechanics of rock destruction, to visualize the stages of destruction in a short time and in a cheaper way. This article allows to get an idea that using the finite element method can get mathematical modeling of plastic deformation, assess the stress-strain state of the bit and optimize the structural elements and working conditions of the rock cutting tool, …
Improving Methods Of Energy- Efficient Operation Of Drilling Equipment Using Vortex Tubes When Drilling Wells With Air Purging, R.U. Djuraev, J.B. Toshov, D.N. Khatamova
Improving Methods Of Energy- Efficient Operation Of Drilling Equipment Using Vortex Tubes When Drilling Wells With Air Purging, R.U. Djuraev, J.B. Toshov, D.N. Khatamova
Technical science and innovation
The practice of drilling has proven that the use of compressed air as a cleaning agent provides a significant increase in ROP (mechanical drilling speed) and reduces the time spent on eliminating geological complications, which sharply increases the productivity and economy of drilling operations.
However, air has a low heat capacity compared to liquid flushing solutions, this affects the operation of rock cutting tools through high contact temperatures with irreversible consequences such as deformation of matrices, destruction of diamonds, grinding, reduction of diamond hardness and tool burns. To prevent these problems, there is a need to develop technical means and …
Prospects For The Development Of Production Of Reagents For Drilling Solutions Based On Secondary Resources, S.B. Gaibnazarov
Prospects For The Development Of Production Of Reagents For Drilling Solutions Based On Secondary Resources, S.B. Gaibnazarov
Technical science and innovation
The article discusses the prospects for the development of production of reagents for drilling fluids based on secondary resources. Currently, the big problem is the creation of new, highly efficient and affordable drilling fluids and they are essential for successful drilling, to increase productivity and reduce the amount of time. To solve these problems, the article considers the possibilities of synthesis and practical application of new stabilizers for drilling fluids based on waste from chemical enterprises of our republic. The basic physicochemical, rheological and applied properties of the developed stabilizer-reagents are investigated. Specific areas of practical application of the developed …
