The problem of high-current radio engineering devices is related to the fact that the use of high-power transistors and other semiconductor devices is limited by such a phenomenon as a secondary breakdown, in which there is a sharp decrease in the voltage on the device with simultaneous internal current lacing, and the device fails. To solve the problem of secondary breakdown, schemes have been proposed that operate stably at reverse voltage values 4-5 times higher than usual and at power dissipation 2-3 times higher than the maximum allowable power for an individual device. The issue of reserving communication lines between the base station and the mobile network base station controller which are considered as one system is considered. Analytical expressions have been developed for calculating the reliability of the system for various options for backing up communication lines between the base station and the base station controller. The results of research and calculations of reliability for ten different types of backup communication lines of the base station and the base station controller are presented.

The article discusses methods to ensure the stability of the design reliability of a rural telecommunications network during its operation. In rural areas, for a number of reasons, the power supply from the power supply network is interrupted at random times. In this regard, backup power sources are provided for the power supply of OLT equipment. To provide a telecommunication network with stable power supply, it is proposed to use solar sources of electricity.
