Despite the advances in bug controlling and antifreezing operations of agricultural products, the devastation of Sunne pests and freezing is still enormous. Traditional treatments such as chemical insecticides for bug controlling and covering to avoid freezing have not been sufficient. In the presented paper, new ideas of using electromagnetic treatment for anti-freezing operation, pre-harvest Sunne pest control, and Orchid flower control are introduced.

The first step in the planning of the electrical supply networks consists in defining the optimum placement of one or more power stations; this can be done by the centre of gravity method, or by the minimal reduced costs. The first method take in account only the optimisation of investments, tended that the second in addition to the investments holds operating statement "production cost, cooling and transport." In this study, we show also the strategy and the criteria of delimitation of the zones to electrify by the same departure and to reduce the transfer of power between zones, which has …

The present work is an attempt to improve the efficiency and the robustness of vector controlled induction motor drives. In fact, the efficiency of these latter, decrease for two main raisons: rotor resistance variation and light load operating; if the flux level is maintained constant. For this reason, a method is suggested to select the optimal flux which leads to minimum power loss. In another hand, to address the effect of the rotor resistance variation, a fuzzy logic-based mechanism is proposed to maintain the decoupling and avoiding consequently extra power loss. The last part of this thesis is dedicated to …

In this paper, a new approach for induction motor rotor resistance variation estimate is presented by using adaptive neural networks. Indeed, the proposed neural networks are endowed with adaptive rules that allow them to estimate the true values of the necessary nonlinear state feedbacks for the input-output feedback linearization control of an induction motor. A comparison between the nonlinear state feedbacks provided by neural networks and those calculated through the nominal model of the induction motor with nominal parameters allows us to estimate the variation in the rotor resistance.
