Oralism is an ideology and practice that advocates communication that is based solely on speech. This practice is encouraged from a pretty early age in our country. As a consequence, the hard of hearing are constantly forced to negotiate with schools, colleges, organisations, workspaces, and families that don’t acknowledge the need and preference for sign language over oral languages. This results in inconsideration of an entire community for admissions, jobs and general social position. We aim to close that communication gap a little and take a step towards fighting the stigma associated with Sign Language. The aim is to provide …

Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)

Unstructured information is continuously irregular and streaming information from such a sequence is tedious because it lacks labels and accumulates with time. This is possible using Incremental Clustering algorithms that use previously learned information to accommodate new data and avoid retraining. This paper therefore seeks to understand the status of "Distributed Incremental Clustering" on images with text and numerical values, its limitations, scope, and other details to devise a better algorithm in future. To further enhance the analysis, we have also included methodology, which can be used to perform clustering on images or documents based on its content.

Phase Locked Loop Using Vlsi Technology: A Bibliometric Survey And Future Research Directions, Ujwala Kshirsagar, Ayushi Kamboj Ms.

Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)

: For the design of high frequency networks power has been one of the most significant specifications. Power usage is therefore one of the most significant challenges to microprocessor design. If we lower the supply voltage, this immediately leads to a decrease in static and dynamic power usage in order to reduce the circuit's power dissipation. Decreasing the voltage of the supply, however, often decreases the circuit's output, which is not reasonable.

The low power proposed phase locked loop (PLL) is therefore built using microwind 3.1, 45nm CMOS/VLSI technology, which, in practice, at low power, delivers high intensity output. The …
