Problem

Two important aspects in the life and work of teachers are their values and leadership styles. The values they hold affect the influence they exert and the knowledge they impart, and the leadership styles they practise determine in part their effectiveness in transmitting their knowledge and values to the students. Moreover, teachers' values are often considered to be closely related to their leadership styles. Problem. The purpose of this study was to develop a model for organizing, administering, and providing physical facilities for instructional media centers for institutions of teacher education in Iran. The major problem is that the institutions for teacher education in Iran currently do not have guidelines for management of instructional media centers. However, it is a recognized fact that in order to provide quality training for teachers of tomorrow such provisions must be made.

Problem. Adolescence is characterized by many problems of adjustment. Seventh-day Adventist youth cannot be expected to be immune to these problems. The purpose of the study was to ascertain the moral and religious problems and attitudes as perceived by students in Adventist academies. An attempt was also made to evaluate, from the students' viewpoint, the effectiveness of the provisions made by the academies to help meet these problems. Method Nineteen hundred and twenty students were chosen by a stratified random method from all enrollees in Seventh-day Adventist academies In the United States and Canada.
