Problem-solving skills are important for students to cope with rapid changes in society and supported by technological advances. Problem-solving skills that students have especially in Newton's Law materials need to be improved so that it becomes like an expert problem solver. Therefore, SSCS problem solving research with CPS is done to determine its effect on problem solving skills. This research uses one group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the learning model has an influence on problem-solving skills with strong effectiveness, but the improvement of problem solving skills is still low.

In Western society, sport economic impact studies are often utilized to showcase the financial benefits for hosting mega sport event or to justify the spending for entering bids or covering infrastructure construction costs. This study projected economic impact of the 2017 Summer Universiade by examining the Taiwanese (the hosting country) residents’ willingness to attendance and estimated individual spending (consumption) while attending the games. Through a series of convenience sampling surveys from February to April, 2017, 1,021 respondents (53.5% males and 45.3% females) reported their potential personal spending, willingness to attend the events, and preferred ticket price range. This study explored teacher collaboration in a school in North Carolina. Through data collection and analysis of teacher focus groups and interviews using a semi-structured interview protocol, the perception of teacher collaboration on student learning outcomes was investigated. The study included 22 participants. Common themes were identified and explored. Participant’s statements were provided. The findings of this qualitative study align with relevant research in that school leadership cultivates effective teacher collaboration.

This study aimed to describe the ability of multilateral FD students to solve the problem of Pythagoras and its scaffolding. The data collection begins with GEFT and test 1. The subject's examination process is analyzed based on the SOLO taxonomy to see its level of ability. The results showed that the ability of multistructural level FD subjects could use some of the information provided for problem solving, but the answer given was not accurate. Scaffolding efforts to increase the level of FD students' ability from multistructural level to relational level consist of reviewing, restructuring, and developing contextual thinking.

Creative thinking skills can develop well through Project Based Learning (PjBL). The purpose of this study was export student’s creative thinking skills in PjBL on static fluid materials. The subjects were 32 students of XMIPA D2 SMAN 9 Malang. The research method used was Mixed Methods Embedded Experimental Model. The results: (1) there were differences student’s creative thinking skill before and after PjBL on static fluid material significantly; (2) students’s creative thinking skill have a positive change when posttest with increasing percentage of achievement of indicator of creative thinking skill consist of elaboration, originality, fluency, and flexibility.
