Background: Physical fitness is a reliable indicator to measure one's ability to perform physical activity and exercise and is a determinant of health status. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of interval rope-skipping on the physical fitness in middle school students aged 12 to 14 years old.

Purpose: This study aimed to conclude the value achievement experience of International Olympic Museums and to provide practical advice for the development of Chinese sports museums.
Method: A critical review of existing literature was performed on sport management and theoretical considerations based on service-dominant logic. Following the value co-creation framework, this study analyzed the basics, procedures and targets of value co-creation of 27 international Olympic museums, which are members of International Group of Olympic Museums.

Background/Purpose: Multiple randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have provided substantial support for the positive impact of exercise on the quality of life among individuals with breast cancer. However, there remains a paucity of understanding regarding the optimal exercise interventions within this context. This knowledge gap significantly hinders the capacity of clinical practitioners to accurately recommend suitable exercise regimens for their patients. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the feasibility, perceived efficacy, and participation perspectives of a campus stair climbing-based exercise snacks (ES) intervention, and to compare it to moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT).
Methods: Healthy, young, inactive adults were randomly assigned to three groups (ES, MICT, Control (CON)). ES (n = 14) and MICT (n = 13) groups performed 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks, while the control group (n = 15) maintained their habitual lifestyle. Background/Purpose: The acquisition of three-dimensional ground reaction forces (3D-GRF) during running is crucial for monitoring and assessing running performance. However, limitations often arise in collecting 3D-GRF due to equipment and environmental constraints. Inertial sensors are gaining popularity in running applications because of their convenience, broad applicability, and cost-effectiveness. Background: Many studies have shown that interlimb asymmetry is prevalent in various sports. As a highly reactive, one-sided sport, tennis has been shown to have significant left-right differences in grip strength and triceps strength in tennis players. Background and Objectives: Among college students, individuals who have experiences of being bullied often exhibit a higher tendency towards smartphone dependency and lower levels of self-control, which further intensifies the degree of smartphone dependency.
