This study investigates the development of an instrument to measure teachers' constructivist practices in their classrooms. The Department of Education Curriculum Framework for Western Australia is based on a constructivist learning environment, and this study has sought to develop an instrument for exploring individual Western Australian teachers utilisation of a constructivist learning environment in their classrooms. While there are a number of studies relating to constructivist classroom practices, the literature review indicates that there is little research about actual practice in a Western Australian primary school context. This guide provides policy makers with research-based information about systemwide assessment programs. Good decision making at all levels of an education system is facilitated by easily accessible, relevant, and reliable information. Many indicators provide useful input to educational decision making; but the most important indicators are those which address the central concern of education: the promotion of student learning. The comparative analysis research on the Mathematics curriculum for the matriculation program and Malaysian Higher School Certificate was conducted with the primary aim of determining whether content coverage and learning experiences provided in the Mathematics curriculum for the matriculation program is sufficient to prepare mathematically competent students for further studies at institutions of higher learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' evaluation on a Web-based Mathematics learning method for the topic "Set". The study focused on the learning activities and the six links in an online learning template designed for Mathematics learning. The study was conducted in the form of a workshop. A total of 18 teachers from 9 secondary schools were selected as the sample in this study. Data was collected through questionnaire and checklist.
