Electronic Theses and Dissertations
International branch campuses are generally a recent institutional development, especially in China, which has built several campuses in recent years. Electronic Theses and Dissertations
While there is a body of research about student conduct policies and procedures, there is a lack of research about how different role groups work together to implement these procedures and have a positive working interpersonal relationship. Higher education institutions have a history of high employee turnover. There is a lack in the hiring process within higher education, and the lack of a hiring process causes difficulties when leaders go from faculty or staff roles to administrative and supervisory roles with little training on managing their emotions and employees’ emotions, hindering leaders from thriving in their leadership positions. The sampling was leaders from traditional …

Strengthening The Academic Progress Of Students Within Multi-Tiered Systems Of Support, Leslie Dial
Electronic Theses and Dissertations
Leadership in education is thinking, communicating, and modeling to maximize student growth and achievement. When implementation of MTSS is guided by adaptive school leadership, educators will be prepared, communication will occur, interventions will be established, and data will be evaluated. Adaptive leaders who build efficacy will ensure fidelity and continuous improvement of student achievement.
Survey research was conducted to analyze the operational level of MTSS regarding the domains of Leadership, Building Capacity for Instruction, Communication and Collaboration, Data-Based Problem-Solving, Tiered …
