Abstract This study examined the relationship between Latino faculty representation and the academic experiences, sense of belonging, and personal and professional success of Latino students. I used a qualitative case study research method where data was collected through semi structured interviews with self-identified Latino students enrolled in Rowan University Higher Education Administration Program. Participants were prompted to reflect on their collegiate experiences and inspect the role of Latino faculty representation on their educational journey, and the challenges of maneuvering predominantly White academic spaces. The purpose of this research study was to explore the different ways former female collegiate athletes transitioned out of playing their sport. Through qualitative interviews, the research aimed to understand the challenges these athletes faced, such as loss of identity, emotional distress, the absence of structure and support after leaving their teams. It also examined how unprepared these athletes were while going through the transition. This mixed methods case study sought to explain first-generation college applicant melt with respect to support provided through a digital onboarding platform at State University. Data were analyzed to understand use of the platform for social support purposes, resulting in a predictive model that demonstrated social support was a greater predictor of melt among first-generation college applicants than both distance from home and adjusted gross income. Additionally, staff were interviewed regarding support practices and platform usage. This study assessed Special Education due process in the State of New Jersey between July 2005 and June 2012. This sequential-explanatory mixed methods study examines teachers' perceptions of their leadership practice through the lens of professional learning community (PLC) engagement. Through the two phases, the relationship is explored quantitatively and qualitatively using a survey and interviews, respectively. Teacher leadership perceptions were analyzed through comments teachers made about their practice through PLC engagement. Additionally, teachers' perspectives of their leadership and influencing factors were also explored through this research study. Findings from this research shed light on the differing ways teachers describe their current leadership practice, and provide insight into further development for teacher leaders.
