In this article some ideas are given about elders’ education – androgogics. Some physical functions may weaken whe people getting old: seeing hearing may be lower, the speed of memory and knowledge may get worse, reaction speed gets slow. However, important difficulties on elders has psychological character. Such stress situations and feelings related to study contradict stable and continuous motivation. So, it is important to consider personal, physical, psychological, social and professional peculiarities on organizing elders’ education.
