Indicators Of Ethical Leadership Among The Heads Of Departments At Hebron University, Fawwaz Tamimi, Nabil Jondi

This study's goal was to find the extent of ethical leadership practiced by the heads of academic departments at Hebron University from their standpoint. The extent of ethical leadership practices was tested according to gender, qualification, specialization, and years of experience. The survey used the mixed approach that integrated qualitative and quantitative methods. Both questionnaires and interviews were applied on (23) department heads at Hebron University.
