Actual And Self-Assessed Financial Literacy Among Employees Of A South African University, Gizelle D. Willows

This study examines the level of financial literacy and self-assessed financial literacy amongst members of a South African tertiary institution’s retirement fund. Based on surveys of the fund’s members, I employ descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analyses to examine differences in financial literacy within and across groups. The results show that, despite working for an employer implementing many best practices identified by financial literacy advocates, respondents from all demographic subgroups possess relatively low levels of financial knowledge. Wikipedia’s Category:Literacy page identifies 44 kinds of literacy that are the subject of articles, ranging from numeracy and graphicacy to braille literacy and diaspora literacy. In addition, searching Google finds more than 30 adjective-literacy or noun-literacy collocations, including quantitative literacy, adult literacy, and document literacy, that do not have Wikipedia pages of their own but are mentioned on other Wikipedia pages. This dissertation inquiry explores the narratives of two Black male nurses in southeast Georgia. The framework for my research includes a variety of different theoretical components including works from both major nursing and curriculum studies scholars. This study explored the experiences of part-time adjunct faculty members in a community college setting. It specifically looked at how adjuncts described: (1) their career journey to being adult educators, (2) their socialization experience, and (3) how teaching adult education influenced their perspective on teaching. All participants were experienced adjunct instructors in an adult basic and secondary education department (ABE/ASE) at a suburban community college. By looking at experienced adjunct instructors, the study informs practices to support both experienced and new part-time college faculty members.

Occupational therapy practitioners are qualified to address the emergence of functional deficits from cancer-related cognitive impairments (CRCI); however, they have reported a need to address gaps in their knowledge of CRCI. The purpose of this study was to comprehensively design, disseminate and examine the impact of implementing a face-to-face continuing education seminar designed to enhance occupational therapy practitioners’ knowledge of CRCI in adults and older adults. การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ฉายภาพอนาคตของสังคมไทยในอีก 20 ปีข้างหน้า 2) วิเคราะห์ภาพปัจจุบันของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในการบริการชุมชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และ 3) สร้างอนาคตภาพของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต กำหนดขอบเขตการวิจัยด้านระยะเวลาของอนาคตระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2565 – 2585 และขอบเขตด้านเนื้อหาเฉพาะบทบาทของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเท่านั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารจำนวน 30 ฉบับ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 11 คน การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยและผู้ปฏิบัติงานห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยระดับหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 12 คน การใช้แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานห้องสมุดระดับปฏิบัติการจำนวน 150 คน และการประชุมกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 12 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อนาคตของสังคมไทยในอีก 20 ปี ข้างหน้า จะเป็นสังคมดิจิทัล คนไทยในอนาคตจะมีความเป็นตัวของตัวเองในการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองให้สามารถดำรงชีวิตได้อย่างเท่าทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม ระบบการศึกษาจะเปลี่ยนไปสู่การส่งเสริมให้คนในสังคมมีคุณลักษณะของการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต มหาวิทยาลัยจะเป็นหน่วยงานหนึ่งในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อตอบสนองการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมไทย 2. ปัจจุบันห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยมีการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตให้แก่สังคมในลักษณะของการให้บริการสารสนเทศทั้งแก่บุคลากรและนิสิตนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนบุคคลภายนอก แต่ยังจำกัดอยู่ในขอบเขตและภารกิจที่กำหนดไว้ 3. บทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในอนาคตควรประกอบด้วย 3.1) บทบาทในการเป็นแหล่งแพร่กระจายข้อมูล 3.2) บทบาทในการเป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และ 3.3) บทบาทในการเป็นผู้สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่กระบวนการเรียนรู้

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ลักษณะความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัว วิธีและปัจจัยการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัวในบริบทสังคมไทย 2) พัฒนากระบวนการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัวในบริบทสังคมไทย 3) เสนอแนวทางการใช้กระบวนการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัวในบริบทสังคมไทย ระเบียบวิธีที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการศึกษาแบบพหุกรณีศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสารและสื่อ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม โดยการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณลักษณะของบริบทสังคมไทยที่มีในครอบครัวนำไปใช้ในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของทุกวัตถุประสงค์ โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย (1) เพื่อศึกษาวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 1: ศึกษาเอกสารและสื่อจำนวน 12 รายการ และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ครอบครัวที่มีความเข้มแข็งจำนวน 15 ครอบครัว (2) เพื่อศึกษาวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 2: สัมภาษณ์ครอบครัวที่มีความเข้มแข็ง 15 ครอบครัวเดิม และการสนทนากลุ่มครั้งที่ 1 (3) เพื่อศึกษาวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 3: สนทนากลุ่มครั้งที่ 2 และสรุปแนวทางการใช้กระบวนการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัวในบริบทสังคมไทย โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ข้อค้นพบตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 1 มี 3 ส่วน คือ 1.1) ลักษณะความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัว มี 9 ประการ ดังนี้ (1) มีสัมพันธภาพที่ดี (2) รู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของตน (3) การยึดมั่นคำสัญญา เชื่อใจ และมีความเชื่อ (4) มีการสื่อสารระหว่างกันและกันในด้านบวก (5) มีทุนทางสังคม (6) มีความสามารถในการพึ่งตนเอง (7) มีความสามารถในการจัดการปัญหา (8) มีหลักคำสอนศาสนายึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจในครอบครัว (9) มีลักษณะความเป็นพ่อแม่ต้นแบบและเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 1.2) วิธีการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของครอบครัวในบริบทสังคมไทย มี 6 ประการ ดังนี้ (1) การพูดคุย สนทนาแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น (2) การทำตัวเป็นแบบอย่าง (3) การปรับตัว การปรับวิธีคิด การปรับความเชื่อ และความพร้อมในการเปลี่ยนแปลง (4) การเรียนรู้ในครอบครัว (5) การปลูกฝังให้เป็นครอบครัวคุณธรรม (6) การเรียนรู้ทักษะชีวิตและทักษะการอยู่ร่วมกันกับคนอื่น …

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษา สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการ ด้านพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 2. เพื่อฉายอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. และ 3.เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. งานวิจัยนี้ใช้เทคนิควิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณคือผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและความต้องการกับครูการศึกษานอกระบบเเละการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย หรือครูกศน. จำนวน 2,145 คน ทั่วประเทศไทย ด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบ ส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพคือ การฉายอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน.ด้วยการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 18 คน จัดประชุมสนทนากลุ่มย่อย กับครูกศน.จำนวน 18 คน จากนั้นจึงสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของกศน.ทั้ง 9 ท่าน เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาและกลไกในการสนับสนุนเพื่อให้พื้นที่การเรียนรู้เกิดขึ้นจริง และผู้วิจัยจึงนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดสังเคราะห์เป็นอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. ในการศึกษาความเป็นได้ของอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของกศน.ทั้ง 9 ท่าน และการจัดประชุมกลุ่มย่อย กับครูกศน.18 ท่าน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจุบันครูใช้ศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนและห้องสมุดเป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้หลัก และพบว่าพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันยังไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการในการเรียนรู้ที่แท้จริงของครูกศน. และครูกศน.ต้องการให้พัฒนาพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองสำหรับครูกศน.โดยเฉพาะขึ้น 2) ผลการวิจัยระบุว่า ควรพัฒนาพื้นที่เดิมหรือเเหล่งการเรียนรู้เดิมที่สำนักงานกศน.มี เช่น กศน.ตำบล ให้เป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. เเละให้ใช้คลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลที่สำนักงานกศน.มีอยู่เดิม เช่น DMIS (Directive Management Information System) เเละเว็บไซต์ที่ครูกศน.จัดทำขึ้นกันเอง มาพัฒนาต่อยอดเเละส่งเสริมให้เป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน. โดยอนาคตภาพของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองของครูกศน.ประกอบไปด้วย 2.1) ลักษณะของพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ทั้ง 6 คือ วัตถุประสงค์ พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ (ความดึงดูด ความรู้สึกปลอดภัยและสบายใจ ความยืดหยุ่นและความสะดวกสบาย และความสามารถในการรองรับการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย) การสนับสนุนเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สร้างความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของพื้นที่ร่วมกัน กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ ความเป็นไปได้ 2.2) ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาพื้นที่เดิมเเหล่งการเรียนรู้เดิมให้เป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ 7 ขั้นตอน กำหนดทีมงาน พิจารณาพื้นที่เดิม จัดสรรทรัพยากร ปรับปรุงพื้นที่ วางแผนกิจกรรม ประชาสัมพันธ์ ติดตามและประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 2.3) กลไกสนับสนุนเพื่อให้พื้นที่การเรียนรู้เกิดขึ้นจริง 11 กลไก คือ การออกแบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ นโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง งบประมาณ บทบาทผู้บริหาร ความร่วมมือกับเครือข่าย …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการมีเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นในบริบทเศรษฐกิจและสังคมไทยและศึกษาแนวทางการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมของผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นในประเทศไทย (2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นสำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยและเสนอผลการทดลองใช้ (3) นำเสนอปัจจัยเงื่อนไขและแนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นสำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยไปใช้ในอนาคต โดยแบ่งขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนคือ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นและศึกษาแนวทางการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมจากผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นจำนวน 124 คน (2) ศึกษาสภาพเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาคณะนิติศาสตร์และคณะรัฐศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงจำนวน 1,000 คน และ 1,650 คน ตามลำดับ (3) ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมและศึกษาปัจจัยเงื่อนไขและนำเสนอแนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ในอนาคต ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) องค์ประกอบของเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นในบริบทสังคมไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจต่ออาชีพผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น 2) องค์ประกอบด้านความรู้สึกต่ออาชีพผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น 3) องค์ประกอบด้านพฤติกรรมที่สะท้อนแนวโน้มการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น และ 4) องค์ประกอบด้านการรับรู้ถึงศักยภาพของตนเองและแรงสนับสนุนจากสภาพแวดล้อม ในส่วนของแนวทางการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมของผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมีลักษณะร่วมกันที่ชัดเจน คือ มีการเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบที่เป็นบุคคลที่ประสบความสำเร็จและนำความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานของตนเองและนำภาพลักษณ์เชิงบวกของผู้ประกอบการที่ประสบความสำเร็จมาใช้เป็นแรงผลักดันตนเองให้ได้เป็นอย่างตัวแบบนั้น และใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเรียนรู้เนื่องจากเป็นช่องทางข่าวสารที่สำคัญและทันสมัย (2) ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน คือ กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นในองค์ประกอบด้านความรู้สึกต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น องค์ประกอบด้านพฤติกรรมที่สะท้อนแนวโน้มการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้น และองค์ประกอบด้านการรับรู้ถึงศักยภาพของตนเองและแรงสนับสนุนจากสภาพแวดล้อมสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขของการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมเจตคติต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นสำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยไปใช้พบว่า ปัจจัยได้แก่ 1) ผู้สอนเป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นที่มีประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญในสิ่งที่จะสอน 2) กลุ่มผู้เรียนมีความสนใจในกลุ่มวิสาหกิจที่คล้ายคลึงกัน 3) เนื้อหาต้องมีความทันสมัยตรงกับความสนใจของผู้เรียนและมีความยืดหยุ่น 4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้มีขั้นตอนที่ไม่ซับซ้อน 5) ระยะเวลาเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนและผู้สอน และ เงื่อนไขได้แก่ 1) จำนวนผู้เรียนมีความเหมาะสมกับผู้สอน 2) ผู้สอนต้องประเมินตัดสินผู้เรียนในเชิงบวกมากกว่าตำหนิเชิงลบ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์บริบทการใช้สื่อและความต้องการในการรู้เท่าทันสื่อของครอบครัว 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสำหรับครอบครัวเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสำหรับครอบครัวเพื่อ เสริมสร้างทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อไปใช้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ (1) ครอบครัวที่ประกอบไปด้วยผู้ปกครองที่มีบุตรหลานอายุระหว่าง 9-12 ปี และเด็กที่มีอายุระหว่าง 9-12 ปี ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 ครอบครัว ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ( Multi-Stage Sampling) (2) ครอบครัวที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมจำนวน 10 ครอบครัว (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและตัวแทนจากครอบครัวที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมจำนวน 17 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน การหาค่าความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้วิธี Priority Needs Index แบบปรับปรุง (PNImodified) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ครอบครัวมีการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากสมาร์ทโฟนมากที่สุด โดยส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามเหตุการณ์/ ข่าวสาร โดยมีการใช้ทุกวัน เฉลี่ยมากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมงต่อครั้ง เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่นิยมใช้กันมากที่สุด คือ Facebook ผู้มีที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกรูปแบบของสื่อในการรับรู้ข่าวสารของผู้ปกครองและเด็ก คือคนในครอบครัว ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้สื่อที่บ้านโดยเป็นการใช้ลำพังในบ้านแต่ไม่ใช่ห้องส่วนตัว ครอบครัวมีระดับการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสำหรับครอบครัวเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ มีกระบวนการหลัก 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย (1) การวางแผน (2) การออกแบบโปรแกรมและการนำโปรแกรมไปฏิบัติ (3) การประเมินผลและความรับผิดชอบในการรายงานผล และองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย หลักการและเหตุผล วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระ ผู้เรียน ผู้สอน วิธีการเรียนรู้ กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ การวัดและการประเมินผล และผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรม พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการวัดความเข้าใจและทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 และ 3) แนวทางการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสำหรับครอบครัวเพื่อ เสริมสร้างทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อไปใช้ มีประเด็นสำคัญ 3 ด้านได้แก่ (1) การเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในโปรแกรม (2) …

De-privatisation of classrooms signifies the opening of classrooms so teachers can ‘observe’, ‘be observed’ or ‘engage in team teaching’. This study examined the perceptions and practices of school staff to determine the possibilities and challenges of de-privatisation of classrooms in Fiji. Employing case study methodology, data were gathered from two urban secondary schools using on-line questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. A total of 71 questionnaires and 16 interviews were analysed using quantitative and qualitative methods respectively. There were several findings which emerged from the study.
