Georgia International Conference on Information Literacy
The University of Central Florida hosts one of the largest student bodies in the nation. Just looking at the numbers, it may seem like every library event is a huge success. For this reason, librarians are always looking for ways to reach as many students as possible. One of the best methods to develop meaningful programming is to ask students themselves what they want to experience.
To collect as much student feedback …

A Multiple-Case Study Of Nature Center Programs, Events, And Service Adaptations In Response To Emerging Community Needs, Amy C. Bonnette
Graduate Dissertations and Theses
Urban nature centers across the United States provide access to outdoor education and safe places to explore the natural environment. The purpose of this qualitative, multiple-case study was to analyze programs, events, and services in response to emerging needs identified by urban nature center administrators in the southeastern United States. This study addressed the central research question, “How have urban nature center administrators in the southeastern United States identified emerging needs and wants of stakeholders, responded to these emerging needs and wants through changes in programming, events, and services offered, and to what extent it has affected their mission?” The …

Student Engagement Through Programming At Four-Year Institutions, Sydney Hartman
Theses and Dissertations
The purpose of this study is to quantitatively examine the ways in which student engagement is utilized on the Glassboro campus at Rowan University and how it has impacted the overall development of undergraduate students enrolled in the Fall of 2022 and Spring of 2023. Utilizing Qualtrics, a 14-question survey was distributed to all enrolled students starting in December of 2022 and ending in February of 2023. This survey contained questions that surveyed the population demographically and asked how frequent they attend various programs on-campus. Electronic Theses, Projects, and Dissertations
In this project, I propose Building Community through the Arts in San Bernardino California. In the recent decade, the city of San Bernardino has lost so much of its motivation and dedication to care for the art community.
