This research is to (1) analyze the implementation of new field project; (2) develop conceptual model of WBL integrated to industry; (3) test the validity of WBL integrated; (4) test the effectiveness of integrated WBL. This is educational and development research using randomized pretest-posttest and controlled group design. The population was all vocational school students. The research was conducted from March to December 2016. Data were collected by listing, using observation sheet, interviewing guidline and documenting. Validating was done by some experts. The study measured perceptions of select secondary school principals in Minnesota regarding the teacher evaluation model utilized in their schools and the amount of time principals commit to the process of evaluating their teachers.
Research questions were answered through analysis of data from a survey including principal demographics, the teacher evaluation model utilized in the principal’s school, the volume of time principals’ report devoting to teacher evaluation and principal perceptions related to the extent to which the teacher evaluation model improves teacher performance.

This study explored the effects the Behavioral Analysis Feedback (BAF) Model had on improving nursing student’s performance. Research studies surrounding feedback primarily centered on frameworks designed as models for delivering feedback as well as the timing for delivering feedback. In addition, past research has also focused on individual elements that affect performance with little regard to environmental elements. The BAF Model was conceptualized based on the importance of providing feedback to nursing students while emphasizing three individual and three environmental elements that have the potential to influence behavior.

The ability of novice instructional designers to become skilled problem-solvers, who select and apply appropriate instructional design (ID) models in their work environments, are key competencies generally sought after in introductory ID courses. Yet, the proliferation of ID models, coupled with varied philosophies and practices about how ID is taught may pose challenges for ID educators seeking to prepare the next generation of leaders in the field. Some Southwestern Pennsylvania middle school (MS) principals who employ the teaming model, an aspect of transformational leadership (TL), are meeting the state proficiency standards. There are schools in the same geographic region whose principals employ the teaming model but are failing to meet the state proficiency standards. The purpose of this study was to obtain principals' and teachers' perceptions on aspects of TL as demonstrated by principals in MSs meeting the state proficiency standards. Organizational Change For Sustainability: Implications For The Community College, David Ayers, Michael V. Ayers

We discuss the theoretical basis for organizational sustainability as well as an introduction to how community colleges might incorporate sustainability into planning and organizational renewal. We then describe drivers of change organized into three categories: dynamic natural environment, globalization, and multinational agreements. Implications for community college policy and practice are discussed. The second half of the paper presents a phase model of organizational change for sustainability.
