La presente investigación desarrolla una propuesta basada en ejercicios interactivos en la competencia de lectura en la prueba SIELE, el presente ejercicio se desarrolló a través de una página web que permite ejercitar y mejorar el proceso en personas que desean presentar este examen. Aquí se contemplan los resultados obtenidos durante el proceso de análisis de la prueba, como los principios, estructura gramatical del español y uso de la palabra. Though the number of instructional design models has increased, the usefulness of an instructional design process (linear or iterative) when making design decisions for e-learning solutions remains uncertain. This basic qualitative study was used to explore the perspectives of corporate instructional designers who were mandated to move from a linear to an iterative instructional design process for developing e-learning. The research questions address their perspectives of the usefulness of an instructional design process when making design decisions for e-learning solutions. There is a lack of empirical research on the motivational regulation and reactions of higher education students enrolled in blended courses. Studies that target this focus with nontraditional adult learners enrolled in the community college are even more difficult to locate. In this mixed-methods exploratory case study, I explored in what ways nontraditional adult learners' motivational regulation and their motivational reactions to course design relate to their perceived learning experience in a blended technology course with a flipped design. Workflow issues related to adoption of the electronic health record (EHR) has led to unsafe workarounds, decreased productivity, inefficient clinical documentation and slow rates of EHR adoption. The problem addressed in this quality improvement project was nurses' lack of knowledge about workflow changes due to EHR adoption. The purpose of this project was to identify changes in workflow and to develop an educational module to communicate the changes. This project was guided by both the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) and the diffusion of innovations theory. This project utilized instructional design techniques to develop an online training program to teach gun safety and introduce people to the sport of military rifle shooting, using the AR-15 rifle. The online training course supports the mission of the Civilian Marksmanship Program; to promote marksmanship training and safety to United States citizens. Concerns regarding the efficacy of teaching marksmanship in an online format were identified and addressed. The ADDIE model of instructional design was used to create the three learning modules; Introduction to Service Rifle, the Fundamentals of Marksmanship, and Service Rifle Positions.
