Nursing education programs provide commendable training in keeping pace with the rapid advances in disease management. The tradition of incorporating faith within nursing curricula has existed for centuries. However, consensus on faith-based/spirituality has received far less attention in nursing curricula, and nursing students often do not have a strong foundation in this area. Since Covid-19, there has been a tendency to isolate and keep to oneself. In an effort to decrease loneliness, evidence has found that wisdom can be a protective factor against loneliness. Older adults who were either married or cohabiting and were well-educated reported feeling fairly to very happy. Some additional factors associated with happiness were older age and a postgraduate degree. There are benefits of intergenerational interactions with people with wisdom. This study explored participants' socialization, loneliness, and intergenerational interactions.

As a major component of quality assurance challenges disrupting many universities across the globe, higher education institutions (HEIs) are currently faced with increasing issues of student retention, non-completion, and drop-out as well as interuniversity migration. Implicit in the process of quality assurance is the improvement of higher education facilities, teaching and learning quality, diversity, infrastructural development, and diversity in the learning environment. This paper will investigate the factors that influence the retention of students and their intentions to stay and study in selected universities in Liberia instead of seeking transfer to other universities outside the country.

This presentation will describe the FARM STEW Certified Home study and participants current health practices. The majority of the participants reported that they had a tippy tap (sink with soap or ash). Many had a garden growing fresh vegetables and were participating in the savings account/ VSLA.

Academic advisors are required to utilize relevant frameworks for professional development and competence in the process. This paper aimed to understand the impact of faculty advising on student development in a higher education institution in Liberia. The findings indicate an overall positive impact of academic advising on student development with perseverance, decision-making, self-study, enhanced self-esteem, and growth and stability as key phenomena in understanding the overall impact of academic advising on student development.

Kenya, like the rest of the world, is facing a major problem of poor academic performance. A new curriculum called Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) is being implemented with the hope of solving a major problem of poor academic performance. This study utilizes a quantitative, correlational, and survey research design. The purpose of this was to evaluate the effectiveness of Student Leadership training program carried out for the newly elected student leaders of a private secondary school in Zimbabwe. A qualitative descriptive case study was used in this study. Ten 10 student leaders were purposively selected from a total of 24 student leaders. In-depth interviews were used to solicit the student leaders’ perceptions on the effectiveness of the student leadership training offered to the newly elected student leaders. My poster shows the research on both sides and why they believe they are right, along with my personal stance when it comes to the issue as well. My research also includes a graphic regarding the statistics of where the incidences occurred and why they happened.
