This study aimed to examine the impact of the application of secondary school directors in Gaza Governorate to the dimensions of interactive leadership in achieving the standards of the learning organization in the light of the following variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, and the directorate). The study followed the descriptive approach. هدف هذا البحث إلى فحص أثر تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة لأبعاد القيادة التفاعلية في تحقيق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة فيها، في ضوء متغيرات: (جنس المعلم، والمؤهل العلمي للمعلم، وسنوات خبرة المعلم، والمديرية). وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحثان بتصميم استبانتين: القيادة التفاعلية، ومعايير المنظمة المتعلمة. وطُبّقت الاستبانتان على عينة مقدارها (308) معلمًا ومعلمةً، منهم (145) ذكورًا و(163) إناثًا في العام الدراسي 2019/2020م.

وقد توصل البحث إلى أن تطبيق مديري المدارس لأبعاد القيادة التفاعلية في المستوى المتوسط. فيما كان تحقق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة في المستوى الكبير. كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التفاعلية ومستوى …
