Worldviews emerge from our individual and collective Levels of Consciousness at given points in time and space and from what we come to “believe” is possible or not. In my own experience, my research on Consciousness, and my study of various cultures, societies, and Consciousness literature, I have identified at least seven Levels of Consciousness, twenty-five Archetypal Energies, and various Earth Lessons, which we seem to commonly experience as human beings, in our own unique personal, societal, and global life spaces.

Information Technology Services and the University Library partnered to build an Internet2-enabled Learning Commons (LC) at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. The project team now extends the campus partnership model to include student and faculty users in collaboratively applying Scandinavian style co-design methodologies for physical and virtual learning and teaching environments. The interactive design approach was tested from January to June 2005 with funding from a U.S. Office of Naval Research Internet2 MiniGrant subcontract award. In January, Silberman told parents that much of their children's low-test-score problem could be attributed to the principals and their ability to motivate their staffs. He said principals -- one at a high-scoring school and one at a low-scoring school -- could be switched, and that the scores would flip-flop in two years. Why do teachers today teach as they do, and why has teaching evolved in the way that it has evolved? In order to improve teaching, it is important to understand why teaching looks the way that it now does and how its general form can be explained. One way to address this question is at the classroom level. In this article we build on ethnographic research by using the 1999 Third International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) video archives. Spirituality Among A Predominately African American College Student Population, Dixie L. Dennis, Terence Hicks, Priya Banerjee, Brent G. Dennis

The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of spirituality among 430 predominately African American undergraduate students who completed the 48-item Life Attitude Profile-Revised (LAP-R). T-tests revealed that these students had a higher spirituality score than their predominately White counterparts who recently completed the LAP-R. Unlike the White students, no significant gender differences were found among specific spiritual indices. If these students use their moderately high degree of spirituality to influence health-related behaviors, the high rates of morbidity and mortality common among African American adults may lessen.

Curriculum management audits are an intensive investigation, or audit, of a school district's daily operations, including curriculum, policies, organizational structure, financial operations, and use of assessment data. Curriculum audits are conducted by a team of certified auditors composed of professional educators and administrators. Curriculum audit findings are used to generate recommendations, which are presented to the school district in an audit report. The audit recommendations provide the district with specific recommended actions that are intended to improve district operations and to improve student achievement. The attrition of both new and experienced teachers is a challenge for schools and school administrators throughout the United States, particularly in large urban districts. Because of the importance of this issue, there is a large empirical literature that investigates why teachers quit and how they might be induced to stay. Here we build upon this literature by suggesting another important factor in the teacher decision to stay or leave: the quality of school facilities.
