This study aimed to assess the validity of the Andragogy in Practice Inventory (API) and to examine the relationships among adult learning principles and processes and learner satisfaction in Jordan. The results indicated that the API is a valid instrument and its components and learner satisfaction are positively related.

Researchers explored the role of agency in the lives of women offenders. Life history interviews were conducted with 13 women. Five themes emerged including (1) resourcefulness, (2) self-protection, (3) getting even, (4) resisting gendered expectations and (5) resisting stigma and valuing self. Findings have implications for educators and helping professionals.

Breastfeeding women experience marginalization in a number of ways, such as sexualization of the body and systemic influences that make it difficult for mothers to successfully breastfeed. This narrative study investigates how breastfeeding women come to recognize this marginalization and the emancipatory learning process through which they become breastfeeding activists.

Training employees is fundamental for dairy producers to achieve efficiency in order to increase profitability. Training videos offered online are becoming more common and recommended to train employees. The goals of this survey were to evaluate the comfort level of dairy employees in using computers and tablets, and preferred training delivery methods. A total of 71 employees from 6 dairies were interviewed. Interviews were conducted in the preferred language of the interviewee – English or Spanish. Of the respondents, 52 and 65.6% of employees consider computers and tablets easy to use, respectively. More than half of the employees reported that …
