هدف المقال التعرف إلى مشكلات إدارة الصف من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمات التربويات في مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بواقع (583) معلمة تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة عليهن خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2023، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مشكلات إدارة الصف (الخاصة بالمعلم نفسه، والخاصة بالطلبة، والخاصة بالبيئة المدرسية) قد جاءت بمتوسطات حسابية إجمالية مرتفعة، كما لم تتوصل الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) في مشكلات إدارة الصف تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل الأكاديمي، أو سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء ما تم …

The article aimed to identify the degree of principals' practice of transformational leadership (ideal influence, inspirational motivation, mental stimulation, individual consideration) and its relationship to administrative empowerment from the point of view of teachers of Madaba schools in Jordan. To achieve this goal, the study used the analytical descriptive approach, the study sample was distributed to (601) male and female teachers teaching in Madaba schools during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023.
