The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05=α) between the arithmetic mean of members’ answers of the two categories the normal children and autism children in all areas of study. The purpose of this study is to explore the predictive value of working memory to determine students with learning disabilities (LD) as an alternative way of the discrepancy criterion which requires a long time waiting for academic achievement indicators in later educational levels. The sample of this study consisted of 110 fifth grader students in the State of Kuwait including 55 students with LD and 55 students without LD as classified through discrepancy criterion procedures. This study aimed at detecting the level of meta-cognitive processes among a sample of Kuwaiti gifted students, and exploring the differences on it due to gender and study branch. The sample consisted of (294) eleventh grade students, (149) females, (145) males. Out of them (221) students from the scientific branch, and (66) students from the art branch. The purpose of this study was to identify
the effect of parents involvement on the reading

achievement of their children with learning difficulties.

The purposefully selected sample consisted of )60(
Learning Resource students at Jerash schools. The

sample was assigned to participation and no-participation

groups. Parents were invited to participate for 10 weeks

during the second semester 2014. Results indicated

improvement of reading achievement by students with

of counseling needs in light of some variables among
the Second and Post- Basic Education Circle Students,

in addition to their parents and teachers in the Sultanate
