n the context of nonprofit organizations, servant leadership (SL) has been studied on a limited basis. The present study attempted to forge a new path by examining the impact of SL and cohesion in the realm of nonprofit organizations. A total of 91 board members from 32 organizations participated in the study. Five statistical models of mixed effects linear regression were used in the analysis. The first model utilized the eight subscales of SL as independent variables and overall cohesion is the dependent variable while the other four models used overall SL as the independent variable. This organizational improvement plan (OIP) seeks to enhance the support and collective teacher efficacy of part-time English-language instructors in the Department of English Language and Culture (DELC) at Kei University (KU) (pseudonyms), a private university in the Kansai region of Japan. Currently, part-time and foreign part-time English-language instructors teach most of the compulsory English courses in the DELC at KU, but they receive limited institutional support and guidance, which negatively affects their ability to teach effectively and their students' learning outcomes. Trauma-informed care is an approach to human service that acknowledges the prevalence of trauma and widespread effects of trauma on service users, providers, and organizations. This autoethnographic case study was designed to investigate the relational aspect of trust, a characteristic of servant leadership, in the teacher-principal relationship. This trusting bond is an often overlooked, foundational element of a school’s success. I examined the role that trust plays in enhancing a school’s culture and how trust is established and maintained among one principal and teachers under my supervision. In addition, as researcher, I sought to uncover specific indicators that trust was present on a school campus. The Des Grands Lac school board is facing an ongoing dearth of qualified teachers that warrants a critical examination in order to underscore the impact of low staffing on staff mental health. Among these factors, the damaging impacts of racism in all its forms on racialized educators’ mental health has remained unexamined and unaddressed. Higher education environments tend to sustain interpretations of student success that place the responsibility on students alone. This perspective, often described as deficit thinking, shapes educational responses into remedial ones. In this view, students who struggle do so because of poor study skills or habits. Academic support, then, fills the students with what they lack. Creekside High School is a large suburban high school in St. Johns County School District in Northeastern Florida. This program evaluation used longitudinal data over six years, retrieved from the Florida Department of Education’s website, to show the impact of Creekside High School’s attendance program on rates of absenteeism, specifically the percentage of students that were absent 21 or more days. Given the importance of qualified teachers, research has explored teacher retention. One of the most influential ways to retain qualified teachers is through teacher satisfaction. Research has consistently indicated that leadership can influence teacher satisfaction positively or negatively. This qualitative case study explored the influence of one leadership style: servant leadership. Among the many leadership styles, servant leadership is well-suited for the education setting, which naturally focuses on serving and growing people.
