The hearts and minds among U.S. legislators need to change about homelessness. While homelessness is certainly a big current issue that many Americans feel that needs to be addressed by our elected leaders, in reality, there are still many debates in Congress about who should be included to receive such funding. El presente trabajo de investigación presenta una propuesta para abordar el diseño de los exámenes del área de francés desde la descripción de la sección de comprensión oral. Para ello, desde una perspectiva mixta (investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa) se analizaron cuatro fuentes de información diferentes: una encuesta aplicada a estudiantes, un corpus de syllabus y exámenes del área de francés del año 2013 y una entrevista a docentes del área. During my years in the public school system, I have felt that a basic deterrent to the child's personal and emotional growth has been the inability of educators to effectively communicate with children in the classroom. Gordon (1970, p. 298) states that teachers and other adults "lack the basic attitudes and skills to be effective training agents in an interpersonal relationship with a child or adolescent." Flanders (1971) feels that teachers, while behaviorally influencing children and determining the learning situation, actually have little knowledge about those methods of influence.
