The purpose of this research study was to determine whether any significant differences existed between generational cohorts, gender and employment status, and reported levels of job satisfaction among faculty at institutions within the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU). This study aimed to influence institutional objectives and values to make any necessary adjustments in the attraction and retention of faculty members. The Academic Setting Evaluation Questionnaire (ASEQ) was used to survey participants. The Relationship Between Social Science Majors' Quantitative-Course Experience And Their Quantitative Anxiety, Kelly Mcintyre

This study examined the relationship between quantitative anxiety, specifically mathematics anxiety and statistics anxiety, and quantitative-course experience with gender. Social science majors from two universities were offered the opportunity to complete an online survey. Twentyone undergraduates responded. The survey contained demographic questions, 25 items from the Revised-Mathematics Anxiety Rating Scale, and 24 items from the Statistical Anxiety Scale. Data from the surveys were analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression. Data showed all students had some level of mathematics test anxiety and statistics class test anxiety.
