The first part of the report examines the 1988-89 athletic and academic budgets. It discusses the athletic revenues and expenditures, as well as the academic budgets and expenditures. The second part looks at the trends in the athletic spending and revenues, spending by the colleges and libraries, trends in enrollments and staffing in comparison with the budgets for instructional spending.
