The American Lung Association is a Nationwide non-profit organization. During times of COVID, many businesses and organizations have been struggling, especially nonprofits. Nonprofit organizations rely heavily on sponsors, donors and events to bring in the money they need to stay running. A major event for ALA is the Fight For Air Climb. The FFAC had to make changes due to Covid precautions and protocols. While in the midst of a pandemic, the nation is also in the middle of a vaping epidemic. ALA is dedicated in putting a stop to the vaping epidemic.

The struggles and stressors that new faculty members face has been well documented, but during our first year at a Jesuit institution, we encountered unexpected, unprecedented challenges. Fortunately, we developed a unique sense of community as new faculty stemming from Regis University’s Manresa Experience. The Manresa Experience exposed us to Jesuit Values, provided networking opportunities with colleagues, and introduced a togetherness that would help unite us against two unforgiving viruses. The ACA mandated that most individuals have, and certain employers offer health insurance. Importance of ethics and having a solid ethical mindset when dealing with health insurance. Health Reimbursement Arrangements were created to provide small employers a means of giving health insurance benefits and cost assistance to their employees. From Prenatal Through Childhood: What Infant Wellness Is All About At Nationwide Children’S Hospital, Sarah Gilbert

This study aims to measure perceptions of family centered care among expectant mothers in Columbus while assessing potential racial differences in order to improve prenatal outcomes. In order to do this, surveys were distributed to pregnant women at 10 clinics providing prenatal care in Columbus and sleep sacks were provided to women who completed the survey. There was a total of 401 surveys collected between August 2019 and January 2020. The conclusion being that one in five women report not receiving family centered care during their prenatal appointments, however there was no racial difference for family centered care.
